Hi There

Luna's POV

Percy, Annabeth, and I were now walking around all of the stores in the downtown area. I get that they are trying to cheer me up and all, but it's really hard to do when they are walking while sharing a drink and holding hands. I just kind of walked behind them and tried not to bother them.

At one point, Annabeth let go of Percy's hand and turned around to look at me. Percy looked at me as well. "What are you guys looking at?" I asked them.

"You. Are you okay? You seem sad." Annabeth looked at me with concern.

"You know how you were sad when you and Percy broke up?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Yeah well I feel the same right now." Annabeth frowned. Maybe she felt bad.

"Look, guys. I know you're trying to help, but it really isn't working. So I think I am just going to go into a café and sit for a while." They both frowned this time but I walked away. I was on my way to a random café when I bumped into something or someone completely. I guess that's what I get for always being on my phone.

"Oh my gods I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going." I looked up and saw a guy. A really good looking guy. He smiled down at me and helped me up. I smiled back.

"Oh my Gods?" He looked at me weirdly.

"Yeah I'm Greek...so... I believe in many gods." He laughed.

"That's really cool, actually. I've always wanted to go to Greece actually."

"I've never actually been there. But I want to go too. I'm just Greek. Born in the US." He smiled.

"Well, I bet it's pretty cool to be Greek. I love the culture."

   "Actually all of my friends are Greek so maybe you would like to meet them some time." I smiled at him.

   He started awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. "Maybe. But for right now I'm fine with just meeting you. Wanna go get something to eat? I'm starved." I laughed a little.

   "Yeah same. But where? It's so crowded here I kind of hate it."

   "You know it's ironic that the reason that we met was because there was people here." I laughed at his remark.

   "Okay but I don't hate you!" I smiled at him and he smiled back.

   "C'mon I know a place we can go. It's a little out of the way but totally worth it. Did you bring a car here?"

   "No, my friends car is the one we brought here." I told him.

  "So they just left you?" He looked at me with questioning eyes.

   "More like I left them. They're a couple so I got annoyed with being the third wheel." I laughed and he chuckled softly.

   "Well, I guess we'll take my car then. I never caught your name.." His sentence trailed off.

   "I never threw it." I chuckled. (A/N: If someone knows what that reference is from I will literally follow you and love you forever.)

   "Huh." I laughed at his loss of words. "So are you going to keep me in suspense or?.."

   "My name is Luna. What about you?"

   "Oliver. It's a little nerdy in my opinion but people think otherwise."

   "I think it suits you." I smiled and him. This guy made it hard not to smile at him. He had red hair that was pretty short but not too short. He had glasses and really green eyes that made him look really sophisticated. He was just really cute. I was pretty much the complete opposite of cute.

   "No you're not. Stop with that, will you?" He said it jokingly. I looked at him slightly, I must have said the last part out loud. Darn it. I stayed quiet and looked away. He looked at me and raise an eyebrow. We were currently walking to his car and he had grabbed my hand to lead me there. "Is there something wrong, Luna?"

   I shook my head but he still didn't believe me. I could tell by the look on his face. He stopped abruptly. "Okay, we aren't going anywhere until you tell me what's on your mind. There's some chairs over there."

   "There isn't anything on my mind. I'm completely fine, Oliver." I looked at him with wide, pleading eyes. I grabbed his hand. "I promise." He nodded but I could tell that this was something to continue later.

   As of right now, we were back in my apartment. I had just explained how my now ex-boyfriend had moved out and broken up with me. He walked toward me quietly. I looked up at him questioningly.

   "His loss." He said quietly and leaned down, kissing me softly. When we pulled back I looked at him, really surprised. "Well I have to go now. Have packing to do and stuff."

   "Why are you packing?" I asked him suddenly.

   "I'm getting kicked out of my apartment. I lost my job so I haven't paid rent in three months." I frowned. Then I thought of something.

   "Stay with me." I said out of nowhere. He looked at me with a raised eyebrow. "We'll-um- split rent and I have an extra room. You're probably not going to be able to find another place if you still don't have a job and can't pay rent. You'll just be kicked out agai-" He cut me off by kissing me with more passion this time.

   "I'll start packing tonight. You, work on your rambling skills. I'll be back tomorrow." He pulled out a sticky note and wrote his number on it. He handed it to me. Then he kissed my cheek softly and left. I sighed and smiled really widely. I have a new roommate. Yay! My phone started ringing. I read the caller ID. 'Annabeth Chase.' I picked it up and pressed accept.

   "Hey, what's up?" I asked her.

   "We didn't leave you at the mall, right?" She asked me.

   "No, I've been at home for about 30 minutes now."

   "Okay. We are in the car and I realized that we came with you, as bad as it sounds, and I had to call you to make sure that we didn't just leave you there. Should we come over so you have someone with you?"

   "No, I'm fine. I'm getting a new roommate. So I'm pretty happy now. You two deserve time alone anyhow. Just go back home." I told her. I could practically hear her smile.

   "Okay. Text me if you ever need anything."

   "I will. Okay bye Annabeth."

   "Bye, Luna."

Hi guys!! Please don't hate me!!! I know I haven't updated in so long but I have had such bad writers' block and I was not able to think of anything to do. As well as, this summer has been pretty busy so far and is only going to get busier. I'm going to Arizona and I'm also going to Indiana on Friday of this week so that will be fun. I'm also hanging out with a lot of friends and family now that there isn't much on my schedule which makes it even more hard to update. So I'll try to continue this whenever I have time. But I don't know when that will be so I'll try to to leave you on any cliffhangers for now ;). Anyway, just so you know, Oliver isn't my character. It's a character created by maxiewell1234 . So check her out because she's pretty cool. Alright so vote and comment as always and  leave any suggestions if you have any because I can probably fit them in.
