Annabeth's POV

I now stood in the line for my plane into the great state of New York. After living with my Dad and Step Monster, AKA Step Mom, and even my actually caring brothers, I decided I was just going to live out on my own. WRONG. After college, with no money and no place to go as a 23-year-old with no one to look up to, my Step Mother decides it's time for me to leave.

She told me she didn't want me anywhere near the house. Well, I hope across the country works for her. I didn't know why I thought going to New York was a good idea. But I only had one thing on my mind. It was a person that goes by the name of Percy Jackson. Thinking that he was actually still there or that I would actually ever see him again was stupid. But I could give it a shot. If not, well, then I just spent all my money and I might be a hitchhiker or a person that lives on the streets for the rest of my life.

So that's great.

The line had finally started moving and I was a nervous wreck. What if he wasn't there? I don't know his mom, or his family, for that matter. I was hoping I would even eventually forget him but who am I kidding? I remember every little detail about Perseus Jackson. What he looked like. His scent. His personality. His smile. Literally anything that you could possibly remember, I could remember more of it.

I finally climbed onto the plane and sat in my seat. All of these thoughts practically tearing me from the inside and out. My doubts kept getting worse until I woke up during the plane ride knowing that he wasn't going to be there. And that even if I searched the whole city I would never see him again. A tear rolled down my cheek when I realized I would literally have no where to go other than on the street. The thought that my parents could send me off so easily, knowing that I had no where to go. Well, that thought scared me.

_

This was about the longest plane ride I had ever been on. It took what felt like a month to get here. But I have ADHD so it wasn't even a day. I got off the plane and finally got out of the airport. Looking back at the sky without being in a vehicle was really nice. I breathed in slowly, savoring the moment before I had to get back in a cab, heading to somewhere that I don't even know.

_

I finally just told the cab driver to stop. He obviously got frustrated with me saying that I didn't know where I wanted to go. I got out of the car with a café in sight. I walked in and sighed. It smelled good. Like cinnamon and pastries. I smiled slightly.

I was about to walk out after I got my coffee. But something stopped me. Someone stopped me. A girl that looked like an old friend of mine. I shook it off, thinking that I was just being stupid. I turned around and grabbed my coffee out of the person's hand. When I turned around, I saw it.

I saw him.

Percy's POV

My life has been okay since I lost Annabeth. It took a while to get over her, but when I finally did, I got a beautiful girlfriend that I loved almost as much as her. Which is a total lie. Considering my girlfriend cheated on me a month ago, and Annabeth was the only good girlfriend I had.

My mom had told me a while ago that it was time to move out of the house. I found an apartment building about 30 minutes away from my house. I didn't want to leave considering my mom and her now husband had had a kid named Tyson. And I wanted to see my half-brother.

I lived in an apartment close to my friends. They all literally lived in the building. We had found Luna and Katelyn when they got out. Mostly because Piper wrote them saying where we were. My ex-girlfriend Rachel was living with me, but then we broke up and I kicked her out because I was paying for most of the apartment.

I was now walking on the street to my favorite café in the world. It was my happy place. It has amazing pastries and coffee. Piper had insisted on coming with me. I don't know why, exactly. All I know is that she practically begged me before just following me out of the house.

We walked into the café and I got a coffee. Piper got a pastry and we both sat down. We talked for a while. What felt like at least 45 minutes to an hour. It was awesome. Someone should remind me to always bring Piper with me.

After a while she got really quiet though. At one point, she told me I was being looked at, and pointed behind me. Which was weird because I felt like I was being watched. I turned and looked behind me. Grey eyes pierced through me until I found it just a little hard to breathe. We stared at each other for like 5 minutes.

It was her.

Hey Percabeth Peoples!! I'm not totally evil yay!!!! Anyway, this is your sequel that I hope you were all waiting for! Even though it only took a day. Thank you for reading this amazing chapter! Also, I was thinking of starting a brand new Percabeth story called Another Life. We will get into details about that later though. All in all, I'm really glad that people have stuck around to read this whole book. It is going to make me super happy to see people actually liking this book and stuff like that. So I hope all of you Percabeth Peoples really like the new book and what about to come out of it. Also, I talked to my friend about the title. Just so you know, the will is wanting, not Will Solace. That would never happen. Anyway, I'll see all of you in the next chapter! Thanks for reading! Bye!
