Chapter 13

Tord smiled warmly (well, tried to) to greet his friends. When Tom seen Tord, it gave him one more reason why he doesn't want to be here. Tord noticed Tom's reaction to him, but acted like he didn't. "I'm glad you all are here." Tord greeted. "Tord, why are we here? you do know we don't have to do this at night...right?" Edd asked. "yeah, well...i could but people would see the helicopter" Tord explained, he seemed to be either really happy or he's sick. Edd nodded as if he understood what he just said. then he noticed what Tord said. "Helicopter?!" Edd looked confused. Then Tom said, "What are you talking about, commie?" Tom crossed his arms. "Well, since i can't leave those idiots for even a few days i have to go back." Tord explained. Both Tom and Edd looked confused, while Matt already knew what was happening. "What do you mean, Tord?" Edd asked. "Yeah, what's going on?" Tom also asked. "You guys will be coming with me to Norway!" Tord explained happily. Edd looked confused and Tom disgusted. "Why?" Tom asked not wanting to go with Tord. "Why not? We can all be together on an adventure just like old times." Tord explained while grabbing Tom's arm with his robotic hand. Tom didn't like that Tord was touching him. "Why are you touchi-" Tom was saying the got interrupted by Tord. "Follow me!" Tord started walking away while dragging Tom behind him. Edd followed curiously and Matt followed next to Edd. They all walked into the woods then went into a big open area. There sat an army like helicopter. "What is this?" Tom asked. "It's a helicopter! Classic stupid tom" Tord explained. "Of course it's a helicopter. I know that." "Then why did you ask?" Tord asked trying to push his buttons. "just...never mind..." Tom was too tired to fight with Tord right now. He needed to sleep. Then Edd asked, "Why do you have this?" "I'm...the red leader maybe that's why?" Tord said sounding like it was obvious. After Tord said that, it added one more reason to Tom's 'Why you shouldn't trust Tord' list. Everyone was silent for a moment then Todd broke the awkward silence by saying, "Are we going or what?" "No." Tom answered sleepily before anyone else could. "Come on Tom. It wouldn't hurt going on a little adventure." Edd said. Tom sighed angrily and sleepily. "Fine." He groaned. "Great!" Tord cheered happily. He pulled Tom in the helicopter while Edd and Matt followed.

Tom sat down and was pretty much half asleep. But he tried to stay awake the bets he could, since Tord was still holding his arm and sitting next to him. But, all of his efforts to stay awake was wasted. He fell asleep not too long after the helicopter took off. It did make a lot of noise, but they all wore earmuffs (or whatever you call them) to block off the noise. If that makes any sense.

They all knew, this was going to be a
long,
noisy,
awkward,
ride.
