Chapter 43

"Looks like we have an actual threat on our hands..." Edd pointed out. "Yeah... I wonder who was that fella in the coat." Matt wondered. "Well, I hope that guy gets caught soon, we don't want to be the next ones to be turn to dust." Matt nodded in agreement. If there was three things that he didn't want to happen was, his fabulous face getting hit, turning into dust, or his friends turning into dust. Not being dust was a plus. "Know what? This whole spying on Tord thing is stupid. How about we just ask him what's going on in that room? The one with that kid sized thing is." Edd suggested. Matt nodded. "Agreed. Let's go find him."

Matt and Edd walked around the base trying to find Tord, but then Matt bumped into him.
Literally.
They both stumbled backwards, luckily for Matt, Edd was right behind him to catch him mid fall.
Tord pretty much caught himself. "There you are!" They all said in unison. "I was looking for you two." "Oh, you were?" Matt asked. Tord cleared his throat, then spoke, "Yes, and the reason is, Tom and I would like to show you two something..." Edd and Matt looked at each other. "Um... okay? What is it?" Edd asked. Tord seemed to be happy, but obviously was trying to keep it in. Then Matt gasped, "ARE YOU TWO GETTING MARRIED?!" Tord chuckled, "Well, uh... no..?" Matt thought for a moment. "Is it... hmmm... IS IT THAT YOU TWO ARE GONNA HAVE-" Edd covered Matt's mouth before he could finish. "Matt, this is a family friendly fanfic. FAMILY. FRIENDLY." Matt pushed away Edd's hand. "All I was gonna say is, 'is it that you two are gonna have a child?'" "Oh...umm..." "What did you think I was gonna say?" "NOTHING." There was an awkward silence in the room.
"WELL, LET'S GO. Before it gets anymore awkward..." Tord mumbled the last part.
