Chapter 31

There layed Tom, on the couch feeling awful. Awful as in, sick. Tord has been 'working' all day, and Tom was alone. He turned on the TV a few times, but some of the channels were in Norwegian. And the ones that were English, we're re runs of episodes of 'The Children' or, 'The Cats'. Which he was seen already. Thinking of the show, Tom remembered the time that Edd accidentally got super powers. Matt and Tom we're watching 'The Children' when it happened, while Edd fell off the roof. Good times. Then he remembered something else, he turned into a monster that's day too. But it was all kinda a blur to remember everything that happened when he was a monster. He wondered if he still had that power, he doubt it. Edd lost his powers by getting hit, so Tom guessed he did too. But what if he still had that power? That would be cool. Scary, but cool. Then, out of no where, Tom stopped feeling sick. He felt fine. Weird... He sat up straight. Tom was now officially bored. He then thought, I wonder if I brought Susan with me. He thought about his bass. He dug through his hoodie pocket. Surprisingly, it can fit a lot of stuff in there, no one is really sure how, but Tom doesn't complain. "Found it!" He pulled out Susan happily. He played a few strings to make sure Susan was in tune, it was. He started playing a song. (Imagine a song)

Tord walked by Tom's room and heard music coming from it, he stopped and got closer the door so he could hear better. As he started pushing his ear on the door, he could hear Tom's music more loudly and clearer. Tord smiled at the music coming from the room. Just when Tord started getting into it, he heard a voice behind him. "Sir..? What are you doing..?" It was Paul. Tord jumped and moved away from the door, and faced him. "Nothing. Don't you have a job to do?" Tord said getting defensive, but slightly sounding nervous. "Actually, i was looking for you. I think we have something you'd want to see." Tord raised an eye brow and crosses his arms. "What is it? It better not be a...'cloudbreg'." Tord said. Paul looked a bit annoyed. "That was one time! Anyways, when you're ready, go to the lab." He walked off. Tord glance at the door, he noticed the music ended. Tord started walking away, as if nothing happened.
