Holy, this book is getting long. Anyways, the next day- "Sir, I think we should inform you about something..." Pat said pushing the door open to Tord's office. Tord walked over to him. "Inform me about what?" He asked. "It's about the memory eraser gun." "What about it?" "...There's some things about it that we just found out about." Pat explained hesitating a bit. "What 'things'?!" Tord asked getting a bit inpatient. "Well, there's some side affects..."

Tord explained to Matt once he was alone in his office, "The side affects include, noise bleeds, pain to the head area, a chance of Cancer-" Matt had a worried face and yelled in surprise, "CANCER?! What?! Am I going to get Cancer?!" Then Matt gasped. "Is Edd going to get Cancer?!" "Matt, calm down, I said 'a chance of Cancer'. And you didn't let me finish listing off the side affects." Tord said. Matt seemed to calm down a little. "I don't want to hear anymore...this is getting too stressful." Matt put his hand on his head and started to look at the floor. "I'm sure Edd won't get Cancer. I think you're just over reacting." Tord tried reassure Matt. "One question Matt, have you been getting any of those side affects?" Tord asked. Matt through for a moment. "Maybe the second one a few times but I thought nothing of it. It didn't last that long anyways..." Matt explained. "Oh. Nothing else?" "no." "Has the others seemed to have any of the affects that you let me list off?" "Umm...no..? I'm not completely sure." "Okay. Well, Matt, since we've just learned about these side affects...do you want to change the plan in any way?" Tord asked. "...I don't know. Even if I did want to change the plan, what are we going to do? And if we skipped a step and just give Edd's his memories back, he has a chance of getting Cancer! What are we going to do then?! I...I don't know what to do..." Matt seemed very unsure about everything right now. He couldn't make a decision right now, even if he wanted to. Tord sighed. "You can go back to the others now. You can think about it later. So will i." And with that, Matt left the room.

meanwhile...
Edd sat at the mini couch drinking cola. Tom sat beside him. They both had no idea what to talk about. "So, how was last night?" Edd asked trying to start up a conversation. "It was..." Tom started to say but couldn't finish it. A few long seconds later he added, "...Interesting.yours?" Tom said. Edd replied before taking a slip of cola, "It was fine. Matt and I just walked and talked. Nothing too special...but, it looked like you and Tord got along somewhat nicely. Neither of you ended up pushing the other off of the roof so I guess that's good." "Yeah, it was pretty nice up there. But the one weird thing that kept happening that night is that Tord kept holding my hand." Tom shook his hand at the thought of them holding hands. It made him feel really, really, weird. But a different kind of weird. In Edd's head he skreeched, TomTord! But he just replied with, "Oh...weird...heh..."

After a few moments of silence, Matt walked in the room. He looked much calmer now. "Hey Matt. What did Tord want?" Edd asked taking another sip of cola. "Oh, he just wanted to tell me something that's all." Matt explained while he walked by the couch. "What was that 'something'?" Tom asked suspiciously. Matt gulped. "Uhhh...just some secret stuff that's all. So, guys, what did you do while I was gone?" Matt asked trying to change the subject. Tom just sighed and thought they'll be no way to get through him. Maybe.

LISTEN, for all of you who are mad that Edd is gonna get Cancer in this book, he ISN'T. okay? Why would I do that? The only reason I mentioned it is because just to get people scared or worried. Not mad or overly sad. I'm sorry about that. I'll not mention it again.
