The sound of the doorbell ringing disrupted their cuddling. Liam moved Niall onto his hip while Harry decided to stay in the living room as Liam went to answer the door.
They had an electronic camera system that showed the person who was standing outside of the door on a screen that was attached the wall beside the door. It was for safety reasons and always gave Liam peace of mind. The boys weren't allowed to open the door by themselves anyways but it assured Liam that there was no weirdos knocking on the door.
When he saw the picture of his girlfriend appear on the screen he smiled and opened the door.
"Hey babe." Liam smiled as he took in his gorgeous girlfriend.
She was wearing a mint green top with skinny jeans and white pumps. The necklace Liam had given her on their one year anniversary hung just below her defined collarbones and glimmered in the sunlight.
"Hi Li. And I'm guessing this is Niall?" She asked cooing at the baby on Liam's hip.
Niall giggled and hid his face in Liam's neck as Liam welcomed Olivia into the house. She had never been to his house before so she was understandably shocked at the immense size of it.
"Harry's just in here, in one of the living rooms." Liam said as he lead her into the room.
She saw Harry sitting on the large sofa, face still a little red from crying, and he was now watching TV.
"Hi Harry." Olivia said softly, going over to the couch to sit beside the small boy.
"Hi." Harry whispered. He was painfully shy at the best of times, and having his brother's very attractive girlfriend sitting beside him was not exception. In fact, it made him more nervous.
Liam smiled at the sight of his girlfriend talking to his little brother about school and his interests, trying to bring him out of his shell.
Niall was anything but shy around people, he loved to be the centre of attention and please everybody. Liam currently had Niall sitting on his lap as he sat next to Harry, Olivia on the other side of Harry.
Niall bounced happily on Liam's lap and then crawled across Harry and sat on Olivia's lap. He smiled up at her and started twirling her blonde hair in his hands.
"Like mama." Niall giggled and Olivia's heart clenched, as did Liam's.
"Yeah baby, Olivia has blonde hair like mummy." Liam cooed as Harry buried himself in Liam's side at the mention of their mother.
Liam sighed and rubbed Harry's back as Olivia raised a questioning eyebrow. Liam shook his head, silently saying that he would tell her later and continued comforting his little brother.
"Liv! Liv!" Niall shouted playfully, trying to get said girl's attention.
"What is it baby?" Olivia asked laughing as she tickled Niall's sides.
"Play!" Niall exclaimed while pointing to his coloured blocks.
"Okay bub." She smiled happily and lifted the baby onto the floor and then sat down beside him. "Do you want to play too Harry?" She offered, smiling sweetly.
Harry didn't say anything, still cuddled into Liam's side.
"Harry, Olivia asked you a question. It's rude not to answer." Liam chastised, while nudging the boy.
"No thank you." Harry murmured and Liam sighed.
"Are you hungry bub?" He asked Harry who gave a tiny nod. Liam usually made dinner for Harry and Niall at about 5ish and it's now nearing 6. "I'll order some pizza now. Do you want pizza or chicken fingers and chips?"
"Chicken fingers and chips please." Harry asked and then whined when Liam went to move.
"I need to go get my phone to phone the pizzeria baby. I'll cuddle with you again once I've ordered." Liam offered.
"I can come up and cuddle with you Harry if you'd like." Olivia said.
"M'okay." Harry insisted, just wanting comfort from his brother at the moment.
"And what would you like snowflake!" Liam asked in an excited voice that he put on for the baby.
"Chips!" Niall shouted happily as Liam laughed.
Every time Liam would drive past McDonalds with Niall, as soon as the baby caught sight of the famous Golden Arches he would squeal in delight and shout 'chips!' This would lead to some tantrums as of course Liam didn't buy the one year old chips every time they passed McDonalds.
"Okay baby, you can get chips." Liam chuckled and patted Niall's blonde head.
He retrieved his phone from on top of the mantle piece and called the pizzeria, ordering a large Margarita for him and Olivia.
"It'll be here in ten minutes." Liam said as he sat back down and let Harry climb back on top of him to sit on his lap.
The four continued like that until the pizza arrived, Harry still not feeling like his regular self. He wasn't sick, he just missed his mummy and daddy and all he wanted was his big brother's comfort now. It's not the he didn't like Olivia either, it's just he's now embarrassed of the way he's acted in front of her. He thought that she would now think he was a baby and although he does like to babied sometimes everyone knows he's a big boy.
Liam gently moved Harry onto the couch while he got up to get the pizza and chicken and pay the delivery boy. He brought the food into the kitchen and put Harry's chicken and chips on a plate and Niall's chips in a bowl too. He set the plates on the table and then got two plates for himself and Olivia and set the pizza box open on the table.
"Dinner!" Liam called from the kitchen.
Olivia stood up with Niall in her arms and offered her hand out to Harry. Harry shyly took it as he stood up from the couch, slipping his small hand into hers. Olivia smiled, a silent victory and walked the two boys into the kitchen.
"Are my little monsters hungry?" Liam asked as he spotted Olivia entering the kitchen with the boys.
"M'not a monster." Harry giggled for the first time that evening.
"Of course not baby boy." Liam chuckled as he swooped Harry into his arms and placed him in his seat at the table.
"Liv, just put Niall in his high chair and I'll get us all something to drink." Liam instructed as Olivia sat the baby in his high chair.
Liam poured a glass of lemonade for Olivia and himself and poured a plastic cup of orange juice for Harry and a sippy cup of water for Niall.
"Wait a minute!" Liam insisted as Olivia was about to put Niall's bowl of chips on the tray in front of him. He set everyone's drinks down in front of them and then grabbed a bib from one of the cabinets.
"Don't want you getting all messy now, do we?" Liam cooed as he finished fastening the bib, Niall banged his fists on the table happily as a response.
