*ffw to day of flight*

It's was 5:00am when I texted Ethan,

Erika: "it's too early Ughh"

Ethan: ik just 5 more hours thoo"

Me and Alaysia got into my car and drove to YVR ( Vancouver airport)
And parked in the special parking lot thingy, I managed to stumble out of the car very groggy and grumpily.

I was wearing black leggings, my grey crooks & castles hoodie and my vans black and white old skools, and only my eyebrows filled in. Alaysia was wearing sweatpants and a blue hoodie with some mascara on.

Alaysia and I walked into the airport, we got our bags checked and got past security, once we got to our gate we realized we had an hour and a half until our flight leaves. Alaysia already fell back asleep in the waiting area but I was too anxious to do anything, so I decided to call Ethan

"Hey"

"Hey Erika are you at the airport yet?"

"Yeah I just got past security and now we're waiting at our gate, plane leaves in half an hour,"

"Okay, I can't wait to see you!,,"

"Ok if I were you I would want to see me too, I'm pretty gosh darn amazing"

You both died of laughter probably looking like crazy people both laughing at 5 in the morning in an airport.
You get on your flight, and snapchat Ethan (since you can't text on airplanes)

Erika: Don't you find it crazy how we're both on flights going to meet complete strangers and stay with them for a week?

Ethan: Well I mean you're the hottest girl I've ever seen so it doesn't even matter if you're a stranger.

Erika: hahah omg you are legit the cheesiest person I have ever met, next to my dad of course

Ethan: how is it possible that I am the cheesiest person you've ever met if we have never met before?

Erika: fine you will be the cheesiest person I will ever meet

Ethan: probs true

Erika: hahaha, hey Ethan guess what

Ethan: what???

Erika: one more hour

Ethan: I'm legit so excited to see you finally you don't even know

Erika: can't wait a second longer

I surprisingly enjoyed the rest of my flight seeing how I was so afraid before.
"You may now grab your luggage and start exiting the plane now"
A super perky flight attendant spoke on the PA system. Alaysia and I got out of our seats and stretched, we step into the almost cleared row and grabbed our carry-ons and my black jansport backpack, I walk along through the half deserted aisle and exit the plane, me and Alaysia get pushed and shoved by old middle aged women 'cause they have to be out of the boarding aisle before everybody else' I start to walk past all the surrounding gates and head towards luggage claim when I pulled out my phone to sc Ethan
