After Party

Ant and Dec were getting ready for the IAC after party, they just crowned Scarlett queen of the jungle

"I don't want to go" Dec whined walking out the bathroom in just his boxers "why not Doolittle" Ant asked getting his shirt on, Dec smiled at the name as he walked over to his clothes on the bed "I'd rather spend our last night together ya kna before we go back to living the lie" the smaller geordie explained, it was apparent he wished to stay in the hotel room with Ant and not be with everyone downstairs "we still will be together" Ant said gently walking round to Dec so he was at his side as Dec put his top on "not really" Dec sadly smiled

"We'll try and stick together but we never do these parties are all about talking to everyone, I'm just being stupid it's fine" Dec said moving past Ant to find his belt trying to not show his emotions "hey hey pet" Ant said stopping Dec from picking up the belt and held his hands looking at him with nothing but love "we may be with the crew and celebrities but I'll only be looking at you" he said meaning every word "we have to go we're the presenters like" Ant smiled as Decs act softened a bit hearing Ants words "yeah you're right...as usual" Dec said linking their hands "I just wish we could stay here forever ya kna" Dec whispered looking at their linked hands "I know Declan" Ant sadly said bringing him in for a hug, he'll never stop loving him even if they are married to women

At the party

"Heyyyy look who's arrived" Adam shouted over the music as the lads walked in "oi oiiiii" Ant shouted to everyone earning a very loud cheer "great series this year honestly you just get better and better" one of the camera guys said to ant and Dec as they both shook his hand "aww thanks mate fancy doing it again, same time next year" Dec winked "always lads you know that" he laughed wondering off into the crowds, Dec couldn't help but imagine being up in their room snuggled up in each other's arms, kissing, cuddling, whispering loving things to each other. Instead, he's with loads of people and most likely will end up drunk by the end of the night

20 minutes later Dec was sat alone at the bar, he watched Ant dance with many of the celebs and crew. He hated that they lived a lie, he hated that Australia was their only proper time together. He wished they had the courage to come out when they had the chance when they first started out but them being them wanted to be professional and called their relationship off, that didn't work out.

"Guess who" a low deep voice said over Decs shoulder as two hands covered his eyes "hey Ant" Dec said smiling and the hands disappeared as Ant took the seat beside Dec "what are you thinking about" he asked putting his hand on Decs knee, the older man just looked at the hand smiling slightly at the gesture "you and us" Dec said twirling his glass in his hands, Dec had sad eyes, eyes that show he's been thinking "oh yeah" Ant smirked "what about us"

"I love you more than anything I've ever loved before, before you I didn't realise what it was like to live or love and to be loved" Dec honestly spilled out bringing Ant into shock at what he just said "I kna we have wife's but if only we had the courage, the fight to come out years ago" Decs voice cracked and he felt the hand on his knee stroke soothingly "it could've been so different Anth...so different" he said and finished his whiskey

"Declan I love you too more than anything but we never did have the courage to show who we actually were we were too scared, let's just enjoy our last night here yeah...for me love" Ant said gently and Dec lifted his head to look at ant properly "how can I enjoy anything when I know you'll never properly be mine, every smile every laugh I do is fake" Dec said tearing up feeling like he needed to tell Ant this or he never will "I understand Declan I'm the same" Anth sighed resting his head against Decs, this was spotted by a good number of people who already had their suspicions about them "we always have Australia though right?" Ant asked hoping this isn't Dec finishing with him "we always have Australia" they both let a tear fall as they realised then, they will never be a proper couple no matter how much they love each other, 'thank god for IAC otherwise they wouldn't have weeks away from everyone' they both thought as they continued to drink and dance the night away
