"Rise and shine!" I felt something cold hit my face and I screamed. Next to my bed someone was laughing hysterically. "You should have seen your face, priceless!" Spencer laughed so hard that he dropped the cup he was holding, the same cup he had emptied over my head just seconds earlier. "You idiot!" I screamed. "I´m soaked!" My brother just laughed. I threw myself out of my bed and started chasing him around the room. "You are going to pay for this!"
Ten minutes later when I had got my revenge on my brother (I had pushed him into the shower and turned it on) it was time for me to get dressed. I looked trough my closet and sighed. I hated picking out outfits. After several minutes of trying to match different tops, skirts and pants I finally gave up trying to look pretty. I just put on a grey sweater, a pair of jeans and slipped into my vans. I didn´t even blow-dry my hair (which was wet from Spencer´s little surprise), I just braided it. It was going to dry eventually, no need to waist time on blow-drying it. As a final step I put on a little makeup. Nothing fancy, just a little mascara and… well that was about it. I was as good at putting on makeup as I was picking out outfits.
After getting my self ready I run down the stairs and in to the kitchen. My mum was sitting at the table, drinking coffee and reading. "Morning", I said while starting to prepare a bowl of cereal. She looked up from her newspaper. "Good morning darling!" "Where´s dad?" I asked. "He already left for work." I nodded and sat down at the other side of the table with my breakfast. While I ate I looked at my mum. She had the same wavy, long hair as me in the same dirt blond colour. People often said that we looked alike, and it was true. We looked exactly the same. Except from the eyes. I had my father’s eyes, big and stormy grey.
"Gooooood morning!" Spencer entered the room with a big smile on his face. Now there we had one that not looked liked me. Spencer had my mothers blue eyes and my fathers darkbrown hair. Funny how to siblings can look so diffrent. "Enjoying your breakfast little sister?" my brother asked and petted my head. "Get you hands of me." I mumbled and went over to the sink. "Oh, someone is a little grumpy." Spencer grinned at me and reach over the table to grab an apple. "It´s your fault" I said and started to clean up my dirty dishes. "You were the one who emptied a cup of water over my face!" Spencer just took a big bite of his apple and said: "Whatever." I rolled my eyes and left the kitchen.
I was on my way to school. It was a quit pleasant walk actually, the sun was shining and the temperature was warm. I was starting to regret that I had put on jeans, shorts would have been a better choice.
As I started to get closer to my school I noticed a white house on the opposite side of the road. I know that the house had been empty for a long time but now it seemed like someone had moved in. A car was parked on the street in front of it and two bikes were standing on the lawn. Like the curious little person I am I crossed the street to have a closer look. Just as I got to the other side I saw someone standing by one of the windows on the second floor. It was a boy. I think he must have been around thirteen years old, maybe fourteen, and he looked just like… No. It couldn’t be. I quickly started to walk away, afraid that the person might have seen me staring at their house. But I couldn’t stop thinking about that boy. He looked just like Tyde, Troye Sivans younger brother. But it couldn’t be. Just to be sure I quickly turned around and looked at the house. But the boy was gone.
