''Would you pas me the cereal?''

Jack looked up and focused his tired, bloodshot eyes on me. ''Hm? Yeah'', he said and gave me the package. ''Thanks'', I mumbled.

An uncomfortable silence lay around the breakfast table and this was the only time it had been broken since the twins and I sat down. It felt so wrong. The bubbly Jack I had gotten to know yesterday was completely gone, he looked exhausted and had a constant frown on his face. Once in a while he looked over at Finn, who looked just as bad as his brother. None of them said a word and Finn kept staring down at his bowl of cereal.

Normally I would have tried to brake the tension but to be honest I didn't feel like it. I was tired too. And I felt guilty. After the phone call I had overheard yesterday I wasn't able to look Finn in the eye. Therefor I followed Finn's example and kept my eyes on my breakfast, afraid that he would look up and try to seek eye contact.

The breakfast went on like that; Finn and I looking down and Jack looking over at his brother once in a while. Outside the windows the weather did nothing to cheer us up. Heavy grey clouds littered the sky and the morning light looked pale and lifeless. Typical English weather. It wasn't exactly my definition of happy.

At last it was Jack who broke the silence. He cleared his throat which made both Finn and me look up. When he had our full attention he straightened up and put on a smile. It looked a little forced but I was grateful that he tried. "Hey", he said, "Tyler called me earlier and said that he and Troye and a couple of other youtubers are going to hang out in London today. They are going to have some lunch and maybe go shopping. He wondered if we wanted to tag along, anyone interested?" "Sure", I said, "sounds like fun." I smiled, a happy and genuine smile. My mood had lightened up a lot. This actually sounded like great fun.

Jack smiled back and then turned to Finn. "Finny?" he asked. "Yeah, sure", Finn said. "I'm in. I just... do you know who the other youtubers are? Besides Tyler and Troye?" "No", Jack said. "Probably Zoe and Alfie and a few others." "You don't know which?" Finn asked. Jack frowned. "No", he said again, "why?" "Nothing", Finn mumbled. "I'm going to get changed."

Half an hour later we were ready to go. After showering and putting on fresh clothes I felt much more awake and ready to start the day. Jack looked more awake as well and he had a genuine smile on his face. The only one who still looked quite worn down was Finn, but Jack and I pretended that we didn't notice. None spoke of last night´s events and we chatted happily about everyday stuff as we got in the car and drove towards the centre of London.

When we arrived the sky had started to clear up and the sun spread a warm glow over the city. "Sunny weather!" Jack exclaimed happily as we pulled into a parking lot. "Indeed", I said with a smile. It was nice to see the sun again. "Where are we going to meet up with the others?" Finn asked as we got out of the car. "I think that they are -" Jack started but then got cut of by a girl's voice. "Jack! Finn! Taylor! Over here!" We all turned around and saw Zoe waiving from across the street. "- there", Jack finished with a smile.

We walked over to her and were immediately greeted with a hug. "Glad you could make it!" Zoe said happily as she pulled away. "Troye, Tyler and the others are just around the corner. And Alfie is- " "Boo!" someone said and Zoe screamed as a pair of long arms wrapped around her from behind. "Alfie", she said, "don't do that! You scared me!" Alfie just laughed and handed her a steaming take- away mug. "I got your coffee", he said with a smirk. "Thanks", Zoe said and stood up on her tiptoes to peck him on the cheek. "Now, should we get going?" "Yeah, let's go find some friends!" Jack said and I nodded, still a little shocked after Alfie´s sudden appearance. I wasn't used to my favourite youtubers popping out of nowhere and even if I didn't want to admit it I was fangirling pretty hard. I mean, how could I not? Alfie Deyes had just jumped out of a coffee shop and (with a little help from his girlfriend) delivered an amazing zalfie moment. Every fangirl would be brought off balance by that. Just admit it.
