Touch of Time

Prologue

Ersha is just a typical lady who grew up in a loving home.  She is an only child of a school teacher and a hospital cook.  After graduating college, she landed in the records section of a hospital where her father was working.  As what her father says, its better to have a job immediately with his help than painstakingly do it by herself.  Life always revolved on her family. She constantly follows the wishes of her parents and that's something that a solo child has to deal with.  But out of her obedience, there is one thing she has been stubborn with.  It is having a boyfriend while still schooling.  She has been hiding about it quite well and even though there may be instances that her parents  start to suspect, yet she's very prepared enough for some alibis.  Unfortunately, living a life full of secrets fired back on her as she was left heartbroken by her long-time fiancee.  She cannot voice it out to her parents.  All she can do is cry in her room and avoid constant communication.  The first week was like a month long torture of emotions as she was still expecting text messages or calls from him saying "I'm Sorry Hon.., I think I'm just mistaken about what I said to you.  I'm begging you to forgive me."  But those lines didn't appear or not even whispered into her ears as minutes turn to hours, days, weeks and months.  It was then she told her self, "Enough!"Her tears can make a bucket of salt already so life must go on...
