It's already 7 o'clock in the evening when the sorcerer arrived in the farm house. Everyone is finished eating dinner and is about to go to bed for an early rest. Grandma instructed the old man to come inside but didn't enter the house immediately. Outside, he seems to be looking around the structure of the entire house, feeling certain spots with his hand and then mumbling something on his own. After a while, he gets in and goes upstairs where grandma asked him to go. As he walks inside, he still continues on staring every angle of the house and when he reaches the living room where everyone is waiting for him, he immediately tells everyone that the house has a strong vibration.
"Lady, is this the house where you are staying when you went back in time", asking Ersha while looking at her.
"Yes, I think so for it has a strong resemblance but there are some areas here that were already change or wasn't here anymore like the balcony and a one room at the right." answered Ersha.
"Your journey in between different times hasn't ended yet. There's still a big chance you will be warped back in time," advised the sorcerer.
"What can be the cause of it and why would such thing happen to her only?", asked Jane to the old man who is now sitting along with them in a round table.
"A person who went back in the time once is always the one who gets attracted to the next summon. I think there's someone in the past who tried or has access to the portal. When it opens, a person is needed to replace the one who went out of that time period and by chance, Ersha was the one selected." explained the sorcerer while everyone is looking attentively on him.
"Is there a criteria how or why a person gets to be chosen to time travel?" inquired Marsha.
"I think the love of antique or old things is one of the factors that gets a person to time travel. Every ancient object holds a memory of the past and we don't know what energy it holds for it depended on how such item is used before."
"Then, is there anyway we can stop Ersha from being sucked up in the portal again?" questioned Jane.
"There are some items we can use but it's not a complete assurance. Another thing is when that person reopens the portal, we need to be very careful for we don't know if he/she is also preparing for something. We have to protect your friend's life for once that time traveler comes back and gets to kill someone or even Ersha gets to kill a person in the past. Both of them would be trapped in that time period for eternity but the memories of your friend stays intact."
"So Ersha, always be with us. Don't let yourself be alone anymore." commented Marsha.
"Alright, I brought here with me an amulet for protection and an ancient dagger as defense. Also, memorize this chant that I wrote in this paper. This will instruct the portal to close in a span of 5 minutes at least." told the sorcerer as he reached out the items to Ersha.
Ersha received the materials without a word. She felt afraid and nervous on what might happen to her again. But at the back of her mind something is telling her what if Andro will summon her back in time. Will she go back or let him come and stay at present? Those thoughts bewildered her more and she chooses not to think about it anymore. She and Andro haven't departed properly and she is wondering now what might have happened to him after the bombing. Then questions came flooding again into her head. "Is he alright by now? Where he might be? Is he looking for me? Who is taking care of him if he's wounded"
"Ersha, are you alright? What are you thinking now?" asked grandma who clasps her hand with hers to comfort Ersha.
"I'm just confused grandma. I'm torn in between." replied Ersha.
"If you like to talk about it with me, I'm always here to listen. Just approach me anytime", said grandma in a soothing voice.
