"Every night in my dreams, I see you.. I feel you... That is how I know you, go on." Ersha, is singing the song of Celine Dion while dusting the decorative articles in the living room. Keeping herself busy is the only way she can fight boredom and nostalgia.
"And who are you seeing every night?" teased Andro who comes out of the room after hearing Ersha singing halfway of the lyrics.
Ersha stopped singing and answered Andro without looking," it's just a song."
"I never heard of that before, even the tune its quite rare."
"Well it's a big hit in our place", answered Ersha who is starting to worry on where the conversation would lead to. As she keeps on dusting the figurines above the shelves, a small porcelain jar got accidentally tipped off and began rolling towards her. Andro instantly run to catch it but it bounced to Ersha who is also trying to catch the item. Ersha couldn't stop her mouth from shouting "ahhh" "ahhh" each time the jar jumps to her direction and then to Andro. But in the end, both of them successfully grab the object and their hands touched each other. The brushing of their skin caused Ersha to feel a spark and she caught Andro's eyes looking at her who seems to be amused. Then, the two of them burst into laughter on what had just happened. They both laugh hard until their stomachs hurt.
It is only at that time Ersha got a close-up look on Andro. His eyes are deep brown accentuated with thick lashes. The way he stares at her melts down her knees on which she tries to conceal and divert so she won't be obvious.
Hahaha, that got me intensified., Andro remarked, but you look funny and quite a bit noisy.
Ersha felt embarrass and said, I'm just like that especially when things become exhilarating.
That's not bad, at least you showed the real you and we had fun. I like that. Andro reaching her hand and holding it tightly for a second.
Thank you are the only words that came out from Ersha's mouth. She then excused herself to do something else. Her heart is pounding fast and emotions start to build up on her which seems to be romantic, yet she still wants to maintain her sanity. She constantly tells herself that she shouldn't fall to anyone in this era or else it would cause a problem when time comes that she needs to go. But how long would it take to contain such feelings when she often gets to meet Andro and even take care of him.
Andro returns back into his room and from the outside, Ersha heard him sing a ballad song with a guitar accompaniment. The way he playfully strums the guitar, and with that raspy voice singing the melody, it made her heart fall more for him. Ersha is like woman who got smitten after hearing the flute of pied piper.
