'A special bond'

"Kicchu Bhaiya... Kicchu Bhaiya"

Her voice filled the Dixit mansion. Music dropped from her words. A girl  of about 26 years entered the house. Freshly, out of medical school this enthusiastic & chirpy girl is Sonakshi. Her legs moved towards the kitchen but her eyes were  intently searching for someone.

"Ji Dr. Didi" A man of short stature,probably in his late thirties stood before her. " Aaj ka 'chaarat' mujhe de dijiye ... mai khaana banana shuru karta hu"

The girl nodded her head. She went out of the kitchen & climbed the artistic stairs of the mansion to reach a room. She knocked gently.

"Come in"
A voice came from inside which belonged to Mr Devrat Dixit, the youngest business tycoon  of India & probably the only  non-actor heart throb of the nation. He had seen a lot of hardships in his life. It was only because of his never ending dedication that he was possible to bring his family out of poverty. His mom calls him iron but there is someone in this world who knows that Dev is no iron but a normal human being who has crushed himself under the problems of his life & badly needs a friend, a companion. That 'someone' is none other than Dr. Sonakshi Bose the best nutrionist of Goa. Dev has appointed her to look after the health of his mother, Mrs. Ishwari Dixit.

" I have gone through Maa's reports. You are terrific. I have not seen such good results in such a short time" Dev said

"Mr Dixit"

"Yes Ms. Bose"

"You've spoken about all this in front of Dr. Awasthi too. Come straight to the point."

"What point?"

"Don't act smart."

"I am smart"

"You are changing  the topic again Dev"

Dev gave in. He made a puppy face & threw his hands up in despair.
"Fine you win ... I slept yesterday but..."

"Bolo bolo I'm listening" Sona said raising her perfectly knitted eyebrows

"I took the medicines to sleep" Dev closed his eyes like a baby awaiting punishment.

Sonakshi looked at the cute antics of her friend. In all these months of working under him they had began to harbour true friendship.

Dev still had his eyes closed, he was scared of Sonakshi when it came  to health. Instead of a good amount of  scolding he felt a hand clutching his wrist. He opened an eye to peep at her.

"Close your eyes & follow me" She said raising her index finger in a manner that was warning him.

She gently leaded him towards the backside of the mansion.

"Where are we going?" Dev asked her. Although  Dev had built a huge mansion he still was unable to feel the essence of his own home.

Sonakshi didn't reply but kept on dragging him. Suddenly Dev felt the concrete pavement of his house fade. It was becoming difficult to walk now. He felt sand entering his new office shoes.

"Are we on the beach?" Dev couldn't control his curiosity & kept on pestering her.

"Aunty ji ne tumhe kuch nahi sikhaya na ... Bacche ho kya 5 saal ke kitne questions poochte to!!" Sona replied

"Agar tumhare jaisi baby sitter mile to baccha kaun nahi banana chahega"

"You are hitting on me?"

"No"

"You better not even think of it Mr Dixit ... black belt hu mai"

Sona again dragged him closer to the sea. The playful waves could be distinctly heard now.
