Chapter 15: Surprise surprise

Meri's POV 

Nobody ever gets away from their problems, We may run, we may hide, we may pray or hope to figure out that our lives were all a dream. But the truth is we can't get rid of our problems and fears. We can wish upon a star, or even a candle or throw a coin in a well and few get their wishes to come true, But we can't leave them unless we take matters into our own hands and face them. 

That's what i did and i almost died trying to run away from them away from the nightmares that haunted me for the past 3 years even before the man took me before all of this happened. I never told anybody but i dreamt that it was going to happen that she survived and wasn't dead and each day i woke up i wished that this wasn't my life that i didn't have to put anybody through that torture.

But then again not all stories start and end with happiness. 

The water pouring over my body, I was unable to move in the tub the shower head spewing dozens of water drops at a time. my tears mixing in with the water the the despair i'm pretty sure you could smell it off of me.

The heat of the water dissipating into cool droplets. My body moving on its own accord my thoughts were slowly coming to pieces around me.

With a towel around my body i walked into the room seeing Aiden on his phone playing a game probably. 

My legs wandering into the closet as i grabbed a pair of black jeans a green olive hoodie and a puma sports bra. 

Getting dressed i pulled some fuzzy socks and sat on the bed next to my mate picking up the remote from my nightstand.

I turned on the Samsung TV and clicked on Kodi putting on Game of thrones.  Aiden stiffened and was replying to someone through the mind link. 

" Mer" feeling the shift of the bed and the stare of the male next to me. i replied with a small hum and continued to look at the tv. " I need to leave for a few minutes there is more rouges on the border. I'll be right back dont go any where. " He said he gave me a peck on my forehead and grabbed one of his jackets before dashing out the door.

As Daenerys was chatting with her people, I laid on my bed my eyes following the screen and all of its movement. 

My eyes swiftly closing before i could react to the movement. 

looking around me was all black and i could hear the swift wind turning into a howling.

Walking through the darkness not knowing where i was going or what i was headed towards my legs just kept moving. hearing the soft beep of a machine and feeling the sparks against my hand. 

Before i knew it there was a door pristine clean and white with a little window in it. My hand instinctively reached for the handle twisting it sideways. 

With the door open i saw a bright light, being transported the warmth traveling all around me. 

Opening my eyes to see a hospital.

"Excuse me, can you tell me where i am? " i asked a nurse as she just walked away " Hello, Can anybody help me?  Can you please tell me what im doing here or how i got here" i asked multiple people only for them to continue talking to someone else or walk away. Wandering around the hospital ward i looked for something to tell me where i was. 

When someone walked through me. Yes you heard me through me. My body going cold and i couldn't stop shivering. I slid down a wall holding onto my heart trying to stop the shaking. 

The beeping of the machine going faster and faster before i calmed down. 

Seeing another person walking around i made my way over to the person trying to grasp onto their arm instead my hand going right through the muscle and bone. 

i turned away from the man and ran following the sound of the beeping to be taken to a room.

My hand raised to knock when i remembered that it was no use. 

The door opened and a swarm of doctors came out leaving the door open and i walked through the threshold taking a look around it.

There was flowers and toys everywhere and a couple of sad people.

A Girl in a a chair with a male beside her. The man had Brown Hair and Grey eyes his face in his hands with the girl comforting him i dont know why but it made me angry the monitors beeping going up. " come on Big bro you know its going to be alright, she is going to be ok Adrian. " the monitor going back to its original state. 

Looking at the girl in the bed i saw me with silver hair not Purple my face littered with freckles and my lips in a thin line like i was trying to hold something back. 

The beeping went up getting faster and faster before it came to a stop.

The world went dark again and i woke up in a sweat i raised my hand up to feel my head. 

I walked over to the bathroom and pulled my sleeves up before rinsing my face. 

I wiped my face with my towel looking at my self in the mirror. 

making my way downstairs i grabbed a water bottle from the fridge opening the bottle and chugging half of it.  The doorbell rang followed by a knock.

I took a deep breath and placed my water on the counter before i walked over to the door. 

Clicking the lock to the unlocking side. I opening the little peep space i saw men i never thought of seeing again. 

Men i thought was dead. I clicked the handle back to the lock side and closed the peep space. 

I ran up to my room to grab my phone. But the signal was was dead.

Pulling open the desk drawers looking for my knife and other stuff leaving my room in disarray before remembering where i taped it. 

With this knife I would bleed for a while pulling on the tape i switched the blade and cut my palm and leg beneath my pants turning around i saw him, my eyes widening as the door slammed open and the knife dropped. As i was knocked out.
