Sophia
I hear my name being called, multiple times. I open my eyes, the vision blurry.
"Sophia?? Can you here me?" A familiar voice yells.
My vision lines out, and that's when it hits me. He found me. They did come to look for me. I see his face. His blue eyes filled with worry.
"J..j..Jay?" I ask trying to move around, but he won't lighten his grip on me so I stay put.
"Hey.. hey... It's ok. You're safe now." I notice he is crying, cradling me like a baby.
I try to move once more, but he is holding me bridal style, my shoulders and knees captured in his embrace. "Please don't cry." I say, trying not to let my own tears escape from my eyes.
"Don't cry on me. We're both alive. We're okay." His thumb wipes across my cheek, getting rid of all the tears.
"You came for me? I didn't think you would care." I cry, more tears falling from my eyes, and I bury my head in his chest.
"You..you thought that?" He starts to sob."Soph you're my best friend, I'll always care about you, always." His thumb starts to create circles on my back, making my body relax
I lift my head and look at him. "I thought you hated me for how we left things-" I start to say, but he puts his fingers against my mouth, motioning for me to stop talking.
"Don't worry about that. We need to get you cleaned up. Did they hurt you? Did they do anything? I swear if they hurt you, I'll kill them." Jay started to check me over, looking at all the bruises.
"Stop being overprotective, Jay. I'm just glad you saved me. There is probably lots of bruises. They beat me, alot." I start to cry again, all the memories flooding back into my mind. I throw my head back into his chest.
"They what? Soph, they.. they beat you?" Jay lowers his forhead to mine. " I'm so sorry baby, I should've never let you go alone by yourself. This is all my fault."
He picks me up, and we walk out into the hallway. "McGarrett. I got her." I pick up my head, to look at my surroundings.
"Ms. Keller I have to ask, did you recognize any of them?" McGarrett asks me. Who is this?
"Soph, he is a detective, it's okay, talk to him." Jay rubs my back reassuringly.
"Sorry, just a little upset. Charles Weston. The Hathley's were behind it. All four of them. I remember Mr. Hathley came in and talked to Weston, said how his wife and Katherine agreed." I start to get lightheaded, and everything goes black. Again.

"Let me go." I yell, trying to get free of Carter's grasp.
"Shut up or I'll put a bullet through your head." He yells, throwing me into the closet.
"I don't have to! I rather die than be your prisoner you prick! Let me go." I throw yet again, another punch, and make contact to his neck. He stumbles down.
"You're going to regret that Keller." He lunged for me, tackling my weak body to the ground. He pins my arms above my head with one hand, the other hand repeatedly punching my stomach.
It felt like bullets hitting me. I was just waiting for my last breathe. This is definitely not how I planned on leaving. I planned to die in Jay's arms.
"You won't win this. They'll find me and you'll get locked up." I lift up my knee and with all the fight left in me, I connect it to his stomach, and he releases his grip on me, falling down on the cold, hard floor beside me.
"That was not a good idea princess." He smirks and his hands ball into fists, one of them coming through my face, making everything go black.

"Jay!" I scream and bolt upright looking around. Jay practically jumps out of his seat and is right by my side, in a matter of seconds.
"Soph? What's wrong? It's okay, you're in the hospital, nobody is going to hurt you. I'm here. What do you want? Anything? I'll do anything."
I burst into tears. "Sit with me?" I ask him. He nods and comes over to the other side of my hospital bed and sits next to me, motioning for me to lay down with him. I nod, and turn over, facing him.
He wipes my tears, his hard finger giving me goosebumps. I drop my head into his chest, and cry more, uncontrollably. "Did you catch them?"
I still don't move my head. He continues to run his fingers through my hair, trying to calm me. "Yes. We got all five of them, baby, all five of them. They can't hurt you anymore."
I'm quiet for a moment, processing what Jay just informed me of. I tighten my grip around him. "Even Carter?"
"Even Carter." He kisses the top of my head and pulls me closer.
"I..I.. was I raped?" I try not to cry.
"Soph, they ran a test. It came back negative. Everything did. They examined you. No concussions, no nothing. Only a few minor bruises to the head, and mild bruising to the stomach. You're okay." Jay reassures me.
I gasp. "My parents? Is this all over the news?"
"I took care of your parents, Soph. They're on a business trip and can't come down, but I told them you would be with me. They said if you can't compete, come home. They will get you the best therapist, and Scott as your lawyer."
"You.. you called them? You did that for me? But no, I'm staying here and competing. I'll talk to someone here. I'll be okay. Did this make the headlines?" I repeat, nervous for the answer.
"Of course I would do that for you. If it came down to it I would take a bullet for you. You're my best friend. I would have lost it if you didn't make it. And yes, this did make the headlines just because of who Mr. Hathley is. All five of them are facing charges. They'll all be locked up for two years, maybe three. Even Katherine. They will probably get parole though. But don't worry about that. You're okay and we can leave the hospital in a few hours. Get some sleep Soph."
I nod and dig my head even deeper into his neck and let my mind drifting away, relieved to be safe and have my best friend back.
