Ambers POV

"Why don't we all go to a quieter place." Nash suggested. I lift my head off Austin chest and looked at Nash. I was gonna say "sure" but Austin interrupted me.

"Yea sure... why don't we." Austin had a tone in his voice. An unknown tone. Like a jealous tone. We all got up and got our bags.

I look over and I see Austin struggling. I guess Nash saw him struggling too. So he went over to Austin.

"Let me help you Aus..."  Nash tried to lend a helping hand but Austin refused.

"I got it." He said dropping his bag.

"Austin. Let him help you." I said worried. Austin looked at me and then looked back at the bag. He got up and Nash grabbed one of Austins bag.

Nash walks over to me but I walked over to Austin.

I touched Austins arm and he looked at me.

"Austin. Are you okay?" I asked him. I tried to look into his eyes but he wouldn't let me.

"Please talk to me Austin." I said grabbing both his arms.

"Austiiiiiiin." I said trying to make him smile. I started poking his arm. It felt hard like he was flexing on purpose. I kept on poking him. I looked up at him and he smiled faintly.

"There's that smile." I said shaking him a little. He finally looked down at me, smiling. Showing me his teeth.

"Why are you smiling now?" I said moving my bangs away from my eyes.

"I'm just happy." He said looking over at Nash.

"Happy about what?" I asked.

"Happy that I'm here with you.." He said looking straight into my eyes. Which made me have butterflies inside.

"... And with that kid." Austin said glancing over at Nash. I smacked his arm.

"Be nice Austin." I said walking slowly away from him. He followed me as I walked next to Nash.

"So where are we going?" I said looking over at Nash. I feel Austin next to me.

"Starbucks?" He said as a question.

"Sure." I said smiling because I love Starbucks.

We three started walking on the sidewalks. If was full but we stayed together as a group. I started asking questions about the avenues and when he came here.

"There's a lot of avenues. There's so many I can't count." He said looking down at me. He's pretty tall. He's taller than Austin.

"I came here a few months ago because of NYU." He said looking both ways as we crossed the road.

"I've been staying here by myself since." Nash said. We three walked with the crowd. Then I see it. The Starbucks sign.
