Bleeding or not time marched on.
We gotta move.
Dean was busy licking his wounds, can't blame him, while I had my moment of clearance and made an escape plan. It was only a matter of time for the authorities to show up, hence we had to leg it. Since there was no way we're gonna be able to leave where we entered, that is the front door, the fire escape seemed like the most reasonable route to take.
I pushed Dean to his limits, rushed him to get up, lean on me and hold onto me. Together we can make it no problem.
With a tad bit of luck and a hint of chariness, we managed to get to the street level by climbing down the ladders on the side of the building. We ended up in an alley where I spotted Dean's precious Impala from afar. He was pretty banged up, I mean Dean, not the car, and consequently I had to take on the duty of driving upon myself.
The strategy was to get out of the city, find a location where hopefully the police won't find us, give Bobby a call, wait for him to arrive and toll as back to the yard. Remember, I don't have a permit which allows me to drive in the States. We must stay low, pray to God that nobody is gonna take notice of the car and that's about it. Sounds easy enough.
Dean grudgingly gave me the keys, I helped him get inside and laid him down on the backseat, sat down behind the wheel and fired up the engine. Everything seemed fine until I started driving. Naturally I was on the right side of the road which is the left, it's not my fault that in America people are driving in the wrong lane, okay? I corrected my mistake as quickly as humanly possible but as you might already have guessed I put us in a tight spot.
I noticed by looking at the wing mirror that a police car was following us. They weren't signalling or anything, yet the sheer fact of being tailed made me uneasy. Salty sweat drops rolled down my body into my wounds leaving me with a stinging feeling and aching all over. When Dean noted my suspiciously strange behaviour, he asked me what's wrong and when we stopped at the next red light I informed him of the cold hard truth. He told me to step on it but I was sure I could lose the car without punishing the accelerator.
I was wrong.
We passed two more blocks when I was instructed by the loud noise of the siren and the vividly flashing lights to move aside. 'We're still fine' I thought and asked Dean to roll on his side, hide his face and act drunk. Now would be a good time to sprinkle a little of the booze on him from the flask he keeps inside his jacket. Yeah I knew about his drinking problems too. He wanted to argue with me and force me to put my foot on the pedal but I was the one with the plan, I was at the helm and I called this shot. Luckily, he did as I asked.
The officer stepped beside the car, I rolled down the window and asked if something was wrong, the usual deal. He smelled the alcohol and right off the bat he asked me if I was under the influence because my driving seemed a little off. I pointed behind my back and gave him a false explanation with mostly the correct details.
I was driving home my drunk brother-in-law who earlier got into a fight with my husband and also I was cut in the process. Sam walked out on us and since Dean understandably couldn't take the wheel in his condition, I volunteered as chauffeur.
The policeman looked a bit apprehensive but I knew he was able to tell that I wasn't lying. Not entirely anyway. Then he asked me where I was going and replied: "to his uncle's who's also his doctor and he doesn't trust anybody with his health other than him, not even me." He asked me where does Bobby live and I slipped a bit lie here hoping that I might get away with it. I saw a house when we were arriving to the city and told the officer that it's his place. Unfortunately, the officer called me out on telling lies and instructed me to give him my papers and step outside.

That, ladies and gentleman was the first time when I actually regretted not listening to Dean Winchester. I couldn't drive away because the engine was turned off and he pulls his pistol/ taser out faster than I can kick it into motion.
We were knee deep in shit when I heard the steps of another person. Somebody was approaching the officer from the side. He turned around and ordered the man not to stride closer who didn't listen. I saw a figure appearing from where the policeman came from accompanied by a shadow coming from behind. Demons!
The policeman pulled out his gun and pointed at him while I was having a fight with the keys. The engine was having a hard time firing up and at that same time Dean passed out, like in a bad horror movie. I looked back at the officer and saw the obscure smoke entering his body. His eyes turned red, not black. That was no ordinary demon but one from a nearby crossroad. The hell is going on?
The demon stared at me then pointed the loaded gun to my head. I was shook to the core so much so that I had no idea what I should be doing next. Perhaps he'd like to negotiate which is good I suppose.
He said a few words:
"Wanna strike a deal, princess? You come with me or he dies. I know someone who wants to meet you badly but right now he's chained up in work."
Demons and their cryptic tongue, always the same old song and dance. I was clueless about who wanted to see me so badly but sure as hell I won't leave Dean alone.
I denied his request when the other figure showed up to back up his partner. 2 on 1 hardly seems like fair play. What they didn't anticipate was that Dean and I had angels sitting on our collective shoulders.
Castiel came out of nowhere. The trench coat wearing angel whipped out a shiny, sword-like object and stabbed the demons in the back. Both of them flamed up and fell lifelessly on the ground. Then he angel-blinked inside himself on the passenger seat, reached out to Dean, touched his forehead and magically healed all of his wounds.
Cas was very hasty about everything, almost as if he was in a hurry. Before he disappeared, he looked at me and said:
"We will be needing him soon. Do not get caught again and get yourselves ready."
Whoosh, he was gone. I closed my eyes, sighed and turned the key, this time the car acted as it should have on the first place and we were ready to hit the road. Dear Impala, don't you ever do this to me again. Please!
Bobby came for us a few hours later. During that time Dean and I had a moment of breathing space to digest what happened at the hotel. No matter from what angle I'm trying to look at the situation this isn't good.
