A/N: Yay I'm back anyway enjoy
I stood frozen. Still as a statue. I was too afraid to move or to even speak. My eyes slowly traveled up to the mans dark brown eyes. He seemed anxious. As he was waiting for something. Kristin was standing scared shitless a few feet to my right. From my peripheral vision I could see she tried to step back, but the man pointed his gun at her. It was a small revolver handgun. He clicked it.
"Don't move!" She shouted.
Kristin returned motionless. Then she threw a vase at him. It hit him in the chest.
He pointed at Kristin and was about to pull the trigger.
"Wait, stop!" I said and got in front.
"You're coming with me Vespucci. Your friend too." He commanded.
"Move!" He said and gestured out of the room.
Me and Kristin obeyed his orders and began to move slowly towards the door.
"And don't try anything, or I'll shoot you both dead." He threatened us hardly.
I took a risky glance at the clock, it was 5:03pm. Jared should be here. I nervously stepped outside the door. He shoved us into the back elevator.
'Shit Jared where the hell are you!?' I screamed in my thoughts.
The elevator opened and we got to the parking lot. It was empty. Perfect timing. A black van was standing nearby with a man in a black jacket in the drivers seat.
"Get in." The man behind us said.
The driver pulled out a rifle and pointed it at us. We approached the entrance and got inside. I was shitting my pants inside. I wanted to run but I couldn't. They would kill me and Kristin. The man in the pizza hut outfit stepped inside and slammed the door shut. He sat down adjacent from us and locked his gun. He stared at me coldly. His dead dark eyes penetrating my soul. He looked at the driver, who was a medium skinned male with long light chocolate wavy hair and pale green eyes wearing a black jacket and dark navy blue denim. He looked like he haven't slept in days. He floored the van and took off into the street.

-Jared's POV-
I just got finished with my errands. I stopped by the coffee shop down by the apartments Maritza and Kristin were in. I knew she was there. I grabbed a cup of vanilla cappuccino and drove back to the apartments. I rode the elevator up and got to the 21st floor. As I approached Maritza's apartment, something was strange. The door was wide open. I heard no voices inside. I pulled out my pistol from my back waistband and carefully entered the apartment. I checked around.
"Maritza!? Kristin?!" I yelled.
No response.
I noticed a broken vase on the ground and everything was still on. The TV, the playstation, the lights, the fridge was open, the pizza I ordered for them was lying untouched on the countertop. I phoned Maritza. Her phone was on the couch. I picked it up and called Kristin. No response. I grew extremely worried. I came to the conclusion that they were abducted. Shit! Shit! Shit! I knew I should've gotten here earlier! I sighed heavily and called Thomas.
"Detective Watson here." His British accented voice rang from the other side of the line.
"Watson. Maritza and my daughter have been abducted."
"What! How?"
"I just arrived in there apartment. They aren't here. The doors wide open and everything is still on. There's a broken vase on the floor."
