Andromeda's Pov

Soon it was getting late so I left the boys and went into my room. I brought out my witchy stuff and placed it on my bed. I brought out my book of spells and it brought me back to the memory of when Ricky and taken it. I sighed and opened it. I glanced through the book and looked at my ingredients I had stored. I was running out of sage. Who knew I would use so much. I wonder if Derek has any. I dialed his number.

Hello?

Hey it's me what's up?

Nothing much just being an all powerful witch. He said. I could tell he was smirking on the other side. I rolled my eyes.

Thanks to me your an all powerful witch but I actually need some sage. Do you have any or can you get more with your new power status?

Ya I've got some of dads stash why? What are you hiding from those vampires? Do you need help? He Asked concerned. I smiled, the little brother always acting like the oldest. I chuckled.

I'm not hiding anything I wouldn't tell a normal person.

Fine I'll bring it over tomorrow. He said I smiled.

I hung up and smiled. I pulled out a picture of my whole family. Everyone. Mom, brothers, sisters, Cousins. It almost made me tear up. I put the picture frame on my dresser. I heard a knock.
"Come in." I said. It was Ghost. Shocking.

"Hey what's up?" I asked. He closed the door.

"Ok spill. Why did you actually hide your mind from Chris?" He asked. My smile dropped.

"What?" He huffed.

"Did you think just being unpredictable is gonna cut it? It may fool Chris but you can't slide past me." He said. I gulped. I looked at my picture frame somehow wishing it to give me strength.

"I just like keeping somethings to myself." I said putting away the stuff putting it back under my bed. He gave me an unconvincing look.

"What did you do you don't want Chris to know about?" He asked. I froze. The guilt came pouring back in.

"I... I killed someone." I said. That made Ghosts's face drop.

"What?" He said. I nodded.

"I.. I didn't mean to. I was just out one night and there was this guy who's blood was literally saying drink me. So I pulled him into an alley and killed him." I said and Ghost seemed to believe me.

"I didn't tell Chris because he thinks I'm handling this vampire thing very well and I didn't want to disappoint him or make him upset." I said. He nodded.

"Everyone makes mistakes Andromeda. We all slip up a few times. Chris wouldn't be mad at you. He cares so much for you it's unbelievable how head-over-heals in love he is for you." Ghost said. I blushed.

"Chris doesn't love me. He may care a lot but not love." I said. Even if he did love me he wouldn't for long if he found about what Ricky and I almost did. My door opened again to see Chris poking his head in.

"What's so secretive you had to hide away in here?" He asked joking. Ghost shrugged.

"Just talking. I actually am gonna let you guys chat." Ghost said. He gave me one last look and left.

"He isn't into you to is he?" Chris joked. I Chuckled.

"Nope. Still just you." I said kissing his jaw. He smiled.
