??: Nice moves!

All of us turn around.

Me: Youngjae hyung! What are you doing here?
Youngjae: I'm here to look for Y/N.
Y/N: Me? For?
Teacher: Youngjae and Y/N, please come here.

Y/N look at Youngjae curiously. Youngjae just give her the brightest smile ever.

What is he doing here?

[Y/N's POV]
Both of us went up to the teacher.

Teacher: So, this is your partner.
Me: Huh?
Youngjae: For the singing competition.
Me: You are my partner???
Youngjae: Yup! Aren't you happy?
Me: OMG!!! How did this happen? I've always wanted to sing a duet with you!!
Youngjae: Me too!!!

We jumped for joy.

Teacher: Seems like both of you are satisfied with the partnering.
Youngjae & I: Of course!!
Teacher: Both of you can plan together. Go ahead.
Youngjae & I: Thank you!

Youngjae and I head back to the group.

Yugyeom: What is going on?
Youngjae: WE (emphasise) are partners for the singing competition.
Yugyeom: Both of you are partners?!
Me: Yeah! Isn't it great?
Youngjae: Obviously it is!!!

[Yugyeom's POV]
I know Youngjae hyung purposely emphasise the "we", so that I would get jealous. I manage to control my facial expressions well. I pretend that I didn't care, but deep down, I do care a lot.

Y/N-ah, you WILL be mine.

[Youngjae's POV]
Yugyeom-ah, don't lie to yourself.

I smirk at Yugyeom.

Me: Y/N, do you want to plan for the competition?
Y/N: Sure!
Me: Let's go to the Music Room, we will plan there.
Y/N: Okay. Hyungwon, Yugyeom and HyeJi, you all can carry on practicing. I'll practice with you all next time. See ya!
Hyungwon: Ok, bye!
Yugyeom: Bye!
HyeJi: See you later!

We went to the Music Room.

[Y/N's POV]
Youngjae: So, what song are we singing?
Me: What about Some by SoYou and JunggiGo?
Youngjae: Great idea! We'll choose this then. How do you want the stage to be decorated?
Me: We have to decorate ourselves?

Youngjae: This time, we have to pick the decorations and the helpers will do the decorating. It's a little different from the previous competitions where we just have to prepare the song to sing.
Me: Ohhh, interesting.

Youngjae: Since this song is about love, do you want to have heart shapes on stage?
Me: That's nice. Maybe we can have a heart shape with stairs connected to it.
Youngjae: Cool! I think we are done with the decorations. I'll send the idea to the people in charge.
Me: Okay.

We begin to rehearse our lines.

His voice is a melody to everyone's ears. No wonder he is one of the Top Male Vocalists in the school. I'm so lucky to be able to sing a duet with him. My dream came true!!!

[Youngjae's POV]
When we are rehearsing, I can't take my eyes off her.

Not only she is pretty, even her voice is beautiful and soothing. No wonder she is one of the Top Female Vocalists in the school. But she rarely take part in competitions. This is a rare opportunity for me to be able to sing with her.

When she look at me in the eye, I didn't dare to look at her. I can't stop myself from blushing a little.
