8: New Start

"I'm going now, mom.", I said smiling at the picture frame on the shelf.

After that, I went out and locked the door before leaving.

It was Saturday today and I was going to go to the grocery to buy food since my stock in the fridge was almost empty.

I stretched my arms, "Aaahhh~"

Finally, no more drama and school to worry about!

As I remembered all the happenings this week I was just glad to finally have a rest for once.

No more bullies to think of.

No more King to get scared of.

And lastly, No more Lucky 4 to-

"Lucky, is that you?"

I knew it was too good to be true.

I turned to face Chloe who, just to my luck, was with King and Tristan.

I scratched the back of my head and ackwardly smiled while waving my free hand, "Heeyy....Chloe...Fancy meeting you here with King and Tristan!"

She smiled back and ran towards me to give me a hug. Once she was finished hugging me, she let go of me and grinned.

"It's not really a coincidence cause I asked Vince and Tristan to show me to your house since they just told me that you 3 actually lived in the same street!"

I was surprised at what she said.

"Wait. I understand that we live in the same street but..... I never told them or even showed them where my house was. So how.....?", I said as I glanced at the 2 guys weirdly.

I know I had bumped into them when I was going to school the other day but I was already miles away from my house so how did they know I was in this area?

"King stalked you--"

"I go to the same direction as you and yesterday when you were going home it was a coincidence that I was going home too and I saw you go inside a house, which I presume is your house, as I was going home which is only the same direction as where you were going to, so I only passed by when you got in your house.", King said sternly as he cutted Tristan.

He didn't have to explain it that much. A simple 'I saw you going in to your house when I was going to mine' explanation was enough though.

But I disregarded that thought, cause I didn't want him to get mad, and just replied, "O-okay..."

I heard Tristan snickering in the background but it was immeditely gone when King glared at him.

Like always....

"So Lucky, Where are you going?"

I came back to face Chloe who was leaning on my shoulder with her face close to mine.

"I was about to go to the grocery store before you guys stopped me and....Wait, Why aren't you guys with Ren?" ,I asked curiously once I realized the Lucky 4 weren't complete.

That's a first.

"He stayed in his house cause his mom had a day off at her work so he decided to spend time with her for a while. A momma's boy if you ask me." , Tristan said smirking as he nudged King at his sides.

The King only rolled his eyes and pushed Tristan's hand off.

"Are we just going to stand here all day chit chatting? If so, I'll gladly leave." ,King said as he crossed his arms.
