Ren's POV

After our liitle chat with Vince's head maid we were now heading towards the hospital of where Vince's father was being held.
This was a crucial moment because we know that Vince must be needing someone right now.

I was worried and anxious at the same time.

I wonder if he's handeling it fine? , I thought to myself as we reached the entrance of the hospital.

"Wait, isn't that Lucky over there?"

I stopped from my steps at Tristan's statement and glanced at where he was pointing.
And he was right.

Outside the entrance of the hospital, there was Lucky sitting on a bench...with a guy?

I couldn't get a glimpse of the person beside Lucky because it was his back facing us. But I knew for certain it was a guy because of his built.

Suddenly, as if my feet walked on its own, we were suddenly a meter away from where they were standing and as if by magic, my mouth suddenly moved on its own,

"Lucky? What are you doing here?"

The moment I said that, the person standing with her turned around and I was able to know who he was all too well.

"Vince?", I asked in disbelief as he faced us.

"Yo.", he greeted nonchantly.

I couldn't remove my eyes from him.
I had millions of question running around my head.

Why is he here with Lucky?

Why is Lucky with him?

What were they talking about?

A painful feeling suddenly submerged inside my chest as I eyed Vince anxiously.

Why am I feeling like this when he didn't do anything wrong?

I saw Lucky going over to us but I couldn't grasp her question as I was still pondering on the pain I was feeling.

Did it hurt that much just seeing Lucky with another guy? Why..

Why am I feeling like this...

No..rather, WHEN did I start having feelings for her?

As Vince eyes looked back at me, I couldn't help but look back, annoyed and jealous.

But I shooked off the feeling for a while because I knew it wouldn't get us anywhere.

"Princess, you okay?"

I looked at back to Tristan who was looking at Lucky as she spaced out.

"Lucky?", I asked worriedly.

"Idiot girl?", Vinced asked next.

And the next thing that happend was that she was grinning widely as she looked at us.

"You fell on your head or something?", Vince was the first to ask, "Whats with that weird grin?"

Lucky didn't answer but only smirked as she put her finger towards her mouth and mouthed, "Se-e-cret!", and started giggling by herself.

To be honest I found that cute.

It was enough to bring me back towards the real reason we were here.

I breathed for a minute and looked at Vince as I approached him.

"We...heard your father got hospitalized...what happend?", I asked as I regained composure and placed my hand on his shoulder.
