13: Wheels of Fate

Lucky's POV

"WHAT?!",Chloe shouted once I had told her this luch time everything that had happend a while ago in the school clinic.

"ssshhhh!!!", I sushed her as I pushed her back down to sit properly cause she also stood up when she screamed.

"Be quiet or someone might here you!"

"No one will hear us here in the rooftop Lucky!! And I can't believe all of that happend without me!!! Aahh!! I feel so left out!!", Chloe said while crossing her arms and pouting at me.

I only laughed awkwardly.

It was lunch right now and we decided to eat on the rooftop, while the other guys said they had something to discuss with Jax first.

"I'm sorry it just all happend so suddenly...." ,I said while smiling sadly at Chloe.

Once Chloe saw my smile she reverted back and patted my shoulder, "But you're okay now... right?", she said quietly with worry.

I smiled at her and nodded vigorously,"Very! I'm glad to know that he never betrayed me...That he's still the old Jax I knew."

"Good.", Chloe said grinning, "Cause if he was going to hurt you again, he'd have to go through me before even getting close to you!"

We giggled at her statement and then heard the door to the roof creak open, "Heeyah~",said Jax as he closed the door.

I smiled at him while Chloe only eyed him seriously.

"I thought King, Ren and Tristan were going to talk to you.", I said as he sat down beside me on the floor.

"Well it ended earlier and less violent then expected so I immediately came to find you.!",he said while grinning and leaning his head on my shoulder which made me blush at his action.

"H-hey!-"

I was cutted when Chloe pulled my arm towards her which made my body move with it and the head Jax leaned on my shoulder fell on the floor comically.

"H-hey what was that all about?!",Jax asked Chloe, annoyed.

"I still don't trust you whoever you are! So unless I see a REALLY sincere apology from you....I WON'T ALLOW YOU TO EVEN TAKE A STEP CLOSE LUCKY!",Chloe said as she hugged my arm tightly.

I only laughed at her awkwardly,"You don't have to be that hard on him...", But Chloe ignored me as she only continued glaring at Jax.

I gave Jax a look signalling him not to take it too seriously but I was surprised by his sudden action, so was Chloe.

"I'm sorry."

He was now kneeling down infront of us and began to bow his head towards us, which I know was a very sincere action for someone. It was like they were putting their pride down for something important. And right now he was doing this...For me...

"I regret everything I had done. That's why I came back. I wanted to pay Lucky back for all the hardships I caused her....So I'm sorry...I'm really sorry...", he said while he didn't move from his position.

I looked at Chloe and smiled to tell her to forgive him already.

Chloe glanced at me for a while then sighed, "Fine...", She said, finally agreeing.

But then immediately whispered behind my ear, "I still don't like him but because I love you I'll keep my doubts to myself..."

I laughed at that and glanced at Jax signalling everything was fine now.
