The tingling disappeared. And I still didn't knew what was happening.

The voice that tried to wake me up from the trance I was in, slowly disappeared. It was like it slowly got away, like it got blown away by the wind. Like it was carried into the air, as light as a little feather. Something in my mind changed, in just a couple seconds. It felt like something really big had just happened and I didn't see it nor I knew what it was. And it was something about me. I jumped out of the tree, because I didn't feel like they were going to get me. And I suddenly felt so much more confident about myself. Like I actually grew a little bit stronger and that I wasn't as little as I was before. But that was probably something that couldn't happen out of nowhere. Nathan would probably have said: "Not before you hit puberty". And even puberty wouldn't make you grow a lot taller in just a little second. That couldn't happen without any magic.

My family did a lot of things with a couple wizards, but I didn't think magic was a thing that really existed. It was just something that people made up in their minds to feel better. They would just invite a man in their house, who was supposed to be a wizard. They always wore purple clothes, because that would 'motivate' the magic atmosphere around and in the house. He would always carry a crystal ball with him, what I didn't understand. They were acting like they also could predict the future, to steal the job from future predictors, which in my opinion didn't exist too. Anyway, when they were in your house, they were talking to you with really strange words, so you couldn't understand everything. But you would start to think 'oh that's fancy! I sure think that it's a wizard now!' People were so naive and stupid these days. They thought that everything what they heard was real. The wizard would cast spell on their house, their child, their favorite pillow or their pet and they would be happy for the rest of their tiny stupid life's. I hated it. I just hated it a lot. What would become from the people on earth if they got more stupid and more stupid? Probably nothing

I heard a familiar voice, shouting things to me, but I didn't listen to it. I wanted to go inside my room and just lay in my bed as always. But I could take a shower before I did that. And after that, I really needed to eat something, my belly started to hurt. But wait, my mom and dad where probably going to kill me after I ran away from them. I felt a hand on my shoulder. Immediately I turned around and kicked to the person who stood behind me. There was a 75% chance that it was a bad person. And that 25% that was left wasn't anything that I could trust. 1/4 was not enough. I heard someone whine in pain, but I didn't really pay attention to it, until I looked down on the person who was laying on the ground now. Nathan. Oops. He couldn't blame me for this, he scared me. And he wouldn't slap or kill me, he would just be disappointed. That would hurt too, yes, but it would hurt less than being beaten. His eyes were full of sadness and pain.

"Did it actually worked?" I heard him whisper.

I frowned my eyebrows and looked at him, trying to help him to get up, but he didn't accept my help. He pushed my hands away and got up by himself.

"I'm disappointed Ryanel and you know I am. I thought you loved me, but a little spell from a wizard can change everything. I think it's better if we just.. don't talk to each other and.. you should just stay in your room for a couple days. Be sure to lock yourself up and don't talk to any other brother. Be sure to avoid Maxium, he will probably hit you really hard. And I still care about you, you know."

I was ready to hug him, but he walked away, with a sad look in his eyes.

"I'm disappointed.." he muttered, really quietly.

I was almost sure that he was crying. I saw a tear making his own way on the cheek from Nathan, almost happy to escape out of the corner from the eye. Like it had been stuck in there for a really long time.

"I'm really sorry.." I said.

And I was being completely honest with him, even though I didn't understand the whole story he just told me. A spell from a wizard, what was that for metaphor? He always used things like that, probably just to show people that he was really wise and intelligent, unlike me.

"Sorry doesn't help anything," I heard him say, a bit louder than the rest he said.

I nodded. This was probably a situation where I had to learn something, but I didn't get the whole point from this situation. I walked behind Nathan, without saying anything. I heard the name Ryanel echoing inside my head. I hated it. I hated it so much. The name Ryan wasn't the best name I could imaging, but it was a bit better. I thought that Nathaniel was a weird name too, but it was absolutely better than Ryanel. Ryanel sounded like the name for a girl. Nathaniel sounded like.. a.. car brand.

I walked into the house and started to run again, but this time because the butler was trying to ask me something. Yes, we actually had a butler, but I hated him. He did exactly what my parents wanted him to do, so it was no fun for me. I jumped on the stairs and directly opened the door from my room, where I locked the door. Nobody could interrupt me now.

I jumped into my bed without putting a pyjama on, I had to dress up the next morning anyway. I tried to solve the puzzle that was inside my mind, but even after a while I couldn't think about what the solution was.

After all, I was just an unknowing little boy.
