The for the next couple of days Jack avoided Gabriel. He didn't go to back to his apartment and he knew that staying with Ana wasn't going to be a option; so he went to his last resort, Sombra.
"Jack!" Sombra said as she dragged him out of her guest bed.
"What?" Jack groaned. He sat up and rubbed his eyes.
"It's been a week," She sighed, "when are you going to leave?"
"I don't know..." He mumbled.
"Well, figure it out." She said with a glare, "I'm going to call Gabe."
"but you said I could stay here for as long as I wanted." He sighed as he glanced up at her.
"That was before you decided that 'as long as you want' ment forever." She was clearly annoyed and Jack didn't want to try her patience.
He let out a sigh and packed his belongings into his black and blue duffle bag. 'I guess it's time for Plan B' He thought. Sombra suddenly got a text and she turned away to see what it was. He knew that Sombra wouldn't let him stay here for too long, so he had decided that he would ask Amelie to let him stay there. Sombra stopped him as he was about to leave.
"I was a bit unreasonable," She sighed, "you can stay a bit longer."
"No thanks," Jack replied, "I think it's time for me to leave anyways." He knew that Sombra never felt that she was unreasonable. Someone had probably told her to keep him here and he was willing to bet that that someone was Gabriel. "I call you if I ever need somewhere to stay though." He smiled meekly. They both clearly knew what was going on, he was just thankful that, for whatever reason, she didn't force him to stay. He swung his bag over his shoulder and left.
