Dennise's POV

We were celebrating Aly's acceptance to the team , when a black vintage BMW convertible parked right in front of the gym door exit . ..

And even before he got out of the car I knew it was him...

ALEXANDER: surprised??

DEN:Ali!!!! 🙌 i thought you won't be home till next month?

He hugged me, and even lifted and whirled me around .

Alexander Valdez III was my forever bestfriend , we practically grew up together. He knew every single bit about me ... And i mean EVERYTHING...  and so did I.

Mabait siyang tao, matalino, gwapo at habulin ng babae  but he's a gentleman, a true friend... He wasn't like all the other boys i knew, Ali was a man, a real gentleman with a kind heart.

We were in 6th grade when he confessed his "love" for me, sabi ko noon sa kanya infatuation lang yun and it wouldn't last. Pero kahit ilang beses ko siyang i turn down, he always stayed and stood by me.

Mula nung 6th grade , eversince the day he confessed his love for me. He would deliver a blue rose at my desk at school , or at home for me, every single day...he never stopped.. Sabi niya titigil lang daw siya kapag may magmahal na sakin na iba...

ALEXANDER: Well , I couldn't bare not seing my beautiful bestfriend slash future wife ...

DEN:😑 we already talked about this Ali..

ALEXANDER: jeez I'm just teasing 😂 Dee... So, did you get my flowers..

DEN: Every single day ☺.. so bakit ka nga napagaaga ng uwi?

ALEXANDER: Lolo called, apparently we have some family matters to attend to..

DEN: talaga? What matters?

ALEXANDER: I haven't talked to him yet... Pero maybe later..

DEN: wait? So you just came from the airport? Dumeretso ka kaagad dito?

ALEXANDER: Why? Am i not allowed to visit na? I told you i miss you already... Annnddd I have something for you, fresh from Germany sealed with my love ... Here...

DEN: Truffles!!! You didn't have to, but Thank you Ali!!! 😍... Wanna say hi to the team?

ALEXANDER: Sure, but...promise me you'll have breakfast with me after because I have been craving filipino food since I've landed..

DEN: Fine...I dont have much choice do I? 😁😕...tara.

Alexander was greeted happily by the team, well, maliban kay Alyssa na parang nag-iba ng mood ng makaharap si Alexander . Pinabayaan ko muna siya, baka pagod lang...

ALEXANDER: well, she was very pleasant wasn't she? ( note the sarcasm)

DEN:pagod lang yun... You should have seen here play ..

ALEXANDER: ok, soo shall we?

DEN: Ok, I'm just gonna take a quick shower, then we can go

ALEXANDER: Quick ok?

Ali took me to our favorite "restaurant" isa yung tapsilogan malapit lang sa CSA . It's our favorite place  , Alexander loves the food here and so do I.
