Dennise's POV

I saw Alyssa slowly make her way up the stage...

Ako lang ba? O sadyang  nag gglow siya sa stage...

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang pumasok sa isip niya at bigla nalang siyang tumakbo papunta sa stage...

I've only been friends with her for a very short span of time, but I feel like I've known her for a lifetime...

She was different..

She was something else...

Alam niyo yung pakiramdam na kasama mo yung isang tao tapos masaya ka lang ng walang dahilan, yung tipong kapag ngumingiti lang siya halos malaglag yung puso mo sa saya. Yung gusto mo lagi lang siyang kausap, kasama, gusto mo lagi mo lang siyang napapasaya. Yung makita mo lang siya nalilimutan mo lahat ng problema ...

Have you ever met someone that suddenly made you love the schooldays and hate the saturdays? Cliché right? But that's exactly how she made me feel and I'm not sure why...

I drifted back to reality when the music started playing ...

Then she started singing...

Napako ako sa kinatatayuan ko, hindi ko maalis ang mga mata ko sa kanya..

The loud music filled the whole room but the beating of my heart was somehow louder than any other sound...

Akala ko sa movies lang nangyayari to , sobrang dami ng tao, sobrang lakas ng tunog sa paligid ko, pero bakit siya lang ang nakikita ng mga mata ko at tanging tinig niya kasabay ng pintig ng puso ko ang tanging tunog na naririnig ko...

Hindi ko alam kung ano tong nararamdaman ko, pero isang bagay lang ang malinaw sa isip ko...

This shouldn't be happening and I shouldn't feel this way...

Is this destiny's plan or destiny's mistake? Either way both equally terrified me...

Aly was almost finished with her song, I got too overwhelmed , too afraid, I had to go somewhere to shake whatever this thing I was feeling off..

I coudn't face her and feel like this...not tonight..

Alyssa's POV

I made my way down the stage slowly realizing that the brave act I did just to impress Den just turned out to be a rather stupid impulsive idea that wasn't very well thought of...

Hayy, what was I thinking , afterall wala namang rason para makinig siya sa akin...

I went back to our table hoping I'd see her there, but she was nowhere to be seen...

ALEXANDER: Looks like we have winner!! 😀😀 nice asset you got there!

ALY: huh? Winner? Asan si Den?

ALEXANDER: Look o, you've got the crowd cheering for your name, you won the bet!!😁 Den just went to the  CR ..

ALY: I'm not part of your bet...😑...

There was an awkward silence between us , pero di yata ma intindihan ni Alexander na ayaw kong makipag-usap sa kanya kaya patuloy lang siya sa pag sasalita....
