Toby's POV:

"Do you, Tobias M. Curtis, take Happy Quinn to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Ray asks excitedly.

"I don't..." I trail off as everyone cuts me off with a gasp. What? No...no, no, no. I didn't mean it like that! It's supposed to be a cute response. I have to fix this.

"Why did you do that, son?" Cabe says to me.

"You made a big mistake, Toby."  Paige says.

"I thought that you loved me, Toby." Happy says. My heart breaks into a million pieces, but I walk over to Happy and pick her up and lay her in my arms. She tries to escape my grip, but I don't let her.

"Happy, there was more to say to that. It was supposed to be different. I got cut off by everyone at the worst moment possible." I explain as I look at her with pleading eyes. She wipes her tears away and shakes her head.

"Toby, I don't know if you know this, but, when you are asked that question, you're supposed to say "I do". " She gives out a small laugh along with a sigh.

"Yeah, but I wanted to change things up a bit. Do you think we can restart?" Hopefully we can. I really want to marry Happy. I've always known that she was the one, but I never actually pictured her and I getting married. Happy nods and I smile. I give her a kiss and she smiles into the kiss.

"Woohoo! The wedding is still on!" Paige shouts. She's most-likely drunk at this point. Her speech is slurred and she is slowly stripping in front of Walter. Poor Ralph.

"Let's get married!" Happy shouts and leaps out of my arms as I place her down. I run over to Ray, followed by Happy.

"Okay, let's try this again shall we?" Ray asks. We all nod and laugh. Happy and I hold hands as Ray speaks from the Bilbe again.

"Do you, Happy Quinn, take Tobias M. Curtis to be your lawfully wedded husband?" Ray asks excitedly.

"I do." Good job, Happy.

"Do you, Tobias M. Curtis, take Happy Quinn to be your lawfully wedded wife?" Ray asks me excitedly.

"Now, before you freak out again, listen to my full response." I say.

"Okay." Everyone says.

"What I was saying before was, I don't think that there would be any possible way for my answer to be 'I don't'. Clearly, I do. I love you so much, Happy, and I will continue to love you until the world stops turning." I explain as tears start to form.

"Awh, Toby. That's so sweet. I love you too. The same goes from me to you, I will never stop loving you, Toby." Happy says in awe.

"Well, that was sweet and unexpected, but since you both clearly agree to love each other unconditionally, I can now pronounce you husband and wife." Ray says gleefully.

"I can't believe that we are married!" I announce.

"Me either!" Happy shouts.

"Oh, I almost forgot! Toby, you may now kiss the bride!" Ray shouts happily. I smile to Happy and she returns it. I lean in and so does she. The team cheers loudly. Our lips connect and it's like the first time all over again. Sparks fly, it's like electricity. We are perfect together. Our bond is as strong as glue. I can't wait for Gaby to grow up so that I can tell her the story of what happened today. Happy wraps her arms around my neck and I pick her legs up for her to wrap around my waist. We continue to kiss for a while before she pulls away.

"I love you, Happy." I say. She smiles at me.

"I love you, Doc." She says and gives me a peck on the lips. I place her feet onto the sand and she grabs my hand and leads us over to the team.

"Congratulations, guys!" They all say. Patrick comes over and looks at me with tears in his eyes.

"Welcome to the family, son. I'm so glad that Happy chose you." He wraps his arms around me and I hug back. It feels good to have another fatherly figure in my life aside from Cabe.

"Thank you. I'm glad she chose me too." I say as I pull away from his grip. He smiles at me and nods his head. I see the rest of the team with Happy by a campfire with logs, roasting marshmallows and laughing. I walk over and take a stick along with a  marshmallow. I wrap my arm around Happy as we sit on a log next in front of the fire. I put my marshmallow in the flames and I look at Happy. She leans in and we kiss. We kiss for a minute or two and I totally forget that I am roasting a marshmallow. I pull away and I'm in a daze. She looks at my arm and laughs. What's so funny? I look over to my arm and see my marshmallow on a stick. The marshmallow is completely burnt, I frown and she laughs  even harder.

"You distracted me, babe." I whine.

"Don't call me babe." She says laughing. I grab another marshmallow to try to roast again, but as it's in the flame, Happy kisses me again and distracts me just like the same. I look over to the marshmallow and see it once again, completely burnt. Happy laughs so hard. I laugh too and she smirks at me.

"You really wanted that marshmallow, didn't you?" She asks. I nod and look at her with a smile. She gets a stick and a marshmallow and puts it in the flame. A few seconds later, she hands me the stick, the marshmallow is perfectly roasted. Damn, girl! I scored! I happily eat the marshmallow and thank her with a kiss.

"I can't believe that you thought that I said 'I don't' earlier. I would never." I whisper in her ear.

"I know. I felt really stupid after that. I can't even blame it on the pregnancy hormones." She laughs and puts her head down. I lift her chin up and look her in the eyes.

"It was cute, Hap. Don't feel stupid. I would have too. I can't live without you, Happy. Each day, I love you more and more and I will continue to love you until the world stops turning. I know that I said that a while ago, but I mean it. I love you." I say softly.

"I know, Toby. I love you too. I will love you unconditionally for as long as the universe lets me. I love you more." She says as she leans her head on my shoulder and we watch the flames grow stronger and stronger throughout the night. Just like our love grows stronger and stronger each day.
