I never did post this. So it will be in the non-re-uploaded section. Plus, it may be a bit short, so enjoy the Jaidkas cuddles!

Spoonfuls
(Get it? Because of cuddles/spooning?
No? Okay, I'll shut up now.)

Aiden stared down at the book that sat in his lap, taking sips of the hot chocolate beside him every now and then. The blankets wrapped around him didn't provide a lot of warmth, but the warmth it did provide and his turtleneck was enough for him. Lukas sat next to him on the couch, hugging himself and occasionally glancing at the book the brunet was reading. His goggles had been set onto the table, along with his armor being hung up onto an armor stand. His blonde hair was a bit misplaced, but it was nothing that a little brush-through couldn't fix. Instead, he stared tiredly at the TV, listening to the quiet snores next to him. Jesse laid curled up next to Lukas, wrapped up in blankets and snoring quietly. The adventure they had that day wore him out, and 'Ground Town' was the closest place they could go. He'd figured; why not stay with Aiden for a day or two?

"So...your last adventure took place in medieval times?", Aiden questioned, not looking up from his book. Lukas sighed, " Yeah. It was winter there as well. Jesse was about to become King and be sacrificed to save supposedly 'his kingdom'. He actually still has the crown.", the blonde pointed at the small golden crown that slipped slowly off of Jesse's head. "Its actually made of real gold...though, I expected that."

Aiden reached over and grabbed the gauntlet before it fell, examining it. "Hn, it looks pretty. It even has green gems."

"Surprised, right?"

"Yeah..."

Aiden sighed, putting the crown next to Lukas's goggles. They both looked over to Jesse as the brunet mumbled something in his sleep, cuddling Lukas slightly and starting to slide into his lap. The blonde blushed softly, glancing away from Aiden's mischievous grin. The former enemy leaned down to Jesse's ear, "Cuddle Lukas for me, eh? Seeing him flustered is hilarious."

Jesse hummed in what seemed like approval, pushing Lukas back onto couch. He snuggled into the archer's chest, releasing a content sigh.

Lukas' face was completely red by now, as Aiden snickered. He shot him a look before groaning and rolling his eyes. Lukas hugged Jesse close to himself anyways, burying his face into Jesse's chestnut hair.

"Aw. No fair. You two get to cuddle and I can't?"

"Who said you couldn't join in?", Jesse opened one eye, staring at him with a hazy look. Aiden smirked, scooting closer to the two and wrapping an arm around Lukas. He had pulled a blanket over the all of them, petting Lukas' soft and silky hair as he wanted to do for the past year.

They stayed like that for the rest of the day, enjoying the warmth of each other.
