Killer Amusement

Chapter 1

                    I was still asleep when I heard my mom call me out from the kitchen in her usual stern voice.                                                                                                                                                                                 "Nat! Wake up, You have to be at your friends in an hour, I don't want them to leave without you!" She yelled, "There is no way I'm gonna take you all the way to Anaheim!"                                       I got up feeling a bit excited that today was the day that my friends and i were waiting for all week, we were all going to Disneyland with one my friend's mother joining us. I got dressed in jeans an simple shirt and quickly headed down for breakfast where my mom was waiting with breakfast ready at the table.                                                                                                                                       "Did you hear the news?" She asked turning up the volume on the TV.                                               "Yes mom I did, But its very minimal, the park is still open" I replied taking a seat an munching on some toast. "If they're was any danger don't you think they would shut the park for inspection? I'm fine"                                                                                                                                                              I could tell on her face she was very skeptical about me going but just shrugged it off and pulled out an envelope from her apron and placed it on the table right next to me.                                            "Buy some souvenirs for your sisters and yourself, Please be responsible with the money, Its 300 dollars so be careful." She sighed giving me a warm smile."I know You're 17 almost 18 and whatnot but I still want you to take care of yourself while you're away okay?"                                             "yes, mom" I nodded smiling back at her. My phone buzzed in my pocket with an incoming text message.                                                                                                                                                                                   'Hurry Up Natty! DidneyLand!!!' The text read. I quickly ate my breakfast and asked my mom for a ride over to bryanas house where everyone was to meet.

       "Dude! i thought you weren't gonna come!" Bryana laughed as she came to me giving me a hug. "Everyone is here and ready for DIDNEYLAND!"                                                                                            As we headed inside her house i couldn't help but smell a delicious aroma of chocolate brownies flooding the air inside her house.                                                                                                                                   "Hey hon!" I heard Bryana's mom greet from the kitchen.                                                                                   "Hey, Mama" I smiled giving her a warm hug. "I smell Brownies mmmm" I said practically drooling.                                                                                                                                                                                   "They're almost ready, Go in the living room with them and ill call all of you when they're ready." She smiled as bryana pulled my arm to the living room where Kuno, Kayla, Lexie, and Ashley were chilling. I set my backpack next to everyone else's and sat next to lexie who was playing cards with Kuno.                                                                                                                                                                      "So when are we heading to Disneyland?" i asked.                                                                                                 "Soon, We're just waiting on a package mama ordered." Kuno Yawned. "So not long."                        "I see kayla dyed her hair again." i smiled turning around to see her. She was busy talking to Ashley on the couch to notice i walked in here and Bryana was on the opposite side of kayla texting on her phone. Lexie leaned a bit into me and poked my side,                                                            "Kinda looks like kayla is dating ashley instead of bryana huh." She whispered                                      "Hey! i heard that." Kuno snapped. "Kayla is her best friend, I don't mind."                                               "Anyway," I shrugged "deal me in and play until those brownies are ready to be devoured! muahaha!"
