Killer Amusement

Chapter 8

         I sat there weak and cold still soaking wet, my vision was blurry and my hearing deafened, "Ill be right back!" I heard lexie cry, followed by a door handle rattling and than a loud blow on the door that made me question what she was doing.

"Lexie..." i managed to say hearing the door pushed open from wherever she as trying to get into. She came back and immediately placed something ice cold on my forearm where she began to bandage my arm up.

"I brought you some soda." She shook. "Just stay still while i bandage you up tight, You cut yourself pretty deep on your arm. I wanna stop the bleeding." I heard her say while my head was spinning and weak. I was able to manage bringing up the soda can to my lips and take a sip, It felt so cool and helped ease my head a bit. I opened my eyes a bit and looked down at the blood soaked bandage wrapped around my left arm.

"Good thing i brought this huh." Lexie said relieved. "Lets wait a till kayla and ash leave here first, that way we can head back with no worries okay?" 

I nodded drinking up my soda and moving my arm, that was a close one, i couldve lost my whole arm. "We should just head home..." I heard lexie whisper. "Waiting for all of us to be cleared is gonna take a long time, and dealing with this shit is getting harder to handle."

"Especially now with kuno missing..." I spoke as we sat on the bench, away from sight of where kayla and ash would be coming back. "Lets just find kuno, and than we can all go home."I looked over to the door that lexie was kicking in, it was a small gift shop with a fridge full of refreshments ,  The door was pieces of wood scattered around.

"You think they'll charge me for it?" Lexie joked opening up a drink for herself.

"Maybe just the door." I laughed as we patiently waited for this night to be over.

                                     It was morning and we had made it back in one piece and with no bumps in the road, i was actually glad my head eased by the time we had to balance back on the monorail. As i got up feeling so much pain all over i grabbed my pills and took them before I began undoing the bandage wrap around my arm. Lexie was still peacefully sleeping and i could hear the hotel guests down the hall heading down for breakfast. The cut was pretty messy so i ran under some cold water and i could feel the sting of the water on my injured flesh. I could see the cut was pretty deep and big along my arm, it looked okay as long as i didnt strain it too much. But what did i know i wasnt a doctor. I rubbed some ointment that they gave lexie for her cuts from splash mountain and bandaged it up with a fresh clean one.

"I Dont feel like seeing kayla today..." Lexie sighed as she got up from bed. "I have a feeling they knew we were there nat."

"Yeah.." I sighed getting ready "I was thinking that too, im not scared of her or whatever shes trying to get at." I threw on a clean jacket to hide my injured arm as i waited for lexie to get dressed and come down with me. My heart beat fast as we were on the elevator heading downstairs, i had a strange feeling about being here and coming here in the first place. We met up with bry who was having breakfast alone.

"You sit nat," Lexie smiled."Ill get you coffee." I nodded and sat next to bryana.

"How was your night?" i asked tired.

"Mama hasnt been feeling well lately," She sighed sadly. "She couldnt go visit kuno after breakfast last time cause she suddenly felt really sick."

"was it something she ate?" Lexie asked handing me a cup of coffee."Im sure its nothing bry, dont worry about it!" She added with a smile. Ashley and Kayla were just getting off the elevator and lexies expression turned serious, i sipped on my coffee feeling nervous as i hid my left arm under the table. Bryanas face brightened up seeing birdie and she got up to kiss her and hug her with so much love. My heart fell as i got a flashback from ashley kissing kayla the same way bry was doing.
