Love Your Parents

Everyone,

I know our parents drive us nuts sometimes.

I know sometimes we think they restrict us.

But they only do it because they love us.

Without our parents, we wouldn't be here.

Without them, we wouldn't have a basic start on life.

A relationship with your parents is one that shouldn't be broken.

And if it breaks... and we're at fault...

It's our job to fix it.

It's hard to disappoint your parents. I know I have disappointed them before, and it's gutting.

When/if I become a parent, I'm going to remember all the great things they did for me, and I'll thank them if I am able to.

I can only speak for myself, but I'm sure we can all agree that we don't thank them enough. We don't give them enough credit.

But it's never too late to start.

It was just Mother's Day, and I hope we all thanked our mothers, or did something nice for them.

Father's Day isn't too far off. I need to plan something for Dad.

This is probably boring y'all to death, but... just love your parents everyone.

They love you more than just about anything.

Sorry for this snore fest.

PS: If my parents ever read this... sorry I don't thank you enough. I'll work hard to be a better child, one you can feel proud of. Thanks for everything you do for me. I love both of you... and I wish I was better at showing it.
