How Dare You

Marinette sat next to Adrien in the middle row but since Alya and Nino couldn't see very well, they moved a bit forward.

The movie had begun. Excitement filled the room with people squealing. The movie they were watching was Majestia 2: Return of Leopard.

Somewhere in the climax of the movie, Adrien and Marinette both reached in for the popcorn at the same time. Their hands touched and heat rushed up to both of their cheeks. Marinette cooled down first and Adrien cooled down shortly after. They grabbed their popcorn peices and gobbled them up.

They reached in for the second time. Then they both looked at each other but where too distracted by each others deep eyes to even blush. Marinette's mouth hung slightly agape.

Do I do it?

Don't

But. . .

I want to so bad. . .

He decided that in a matter of seconds.

He reached in and his face was only centimeters away from hers. She still stared into his green orbs, not acknowledging about what's about to happen. He closed the space between them and locked his lips with hers. Fireworks on the screen exploded which meant Majestia had defeated the villain.

He was only eight seconds into the kiss until Marinette pushed him away from her. "What the hell!?" She practically yelled. She covered her mouth. "I'm sorry. . ." He apologized. "Is this what you call a friendly date?!" She let go of her mouth and stood up.

Marinette ran towards the exit and he got up too and ran after her, leaving the popcorn behind. . .

He exited the building and saw that she was no where to be seen. "Crap. . ." He mumbled. 'Where'd she go?' He thought to himself. He took the left when he saw a black figure with pigtails. He ran over to her and grabbed her wrist. She turned around with tears in her eyes, showing hurt. "Marinette, I'm sorr--" "Save it, Agreste." She said coldly. "You took my first kiss. . ." She mumbled. "Ill never forgive you! You hear me?!" She yelled. "I hate you so much! Just. . . Just. . ." She began crying. "DIE!" She yelled and began to run. He ran after her grabbed her by the arm this time. "Let. Go. Of. Me!" She struggled to escape from his grasp. He led her to an alley and pinned her to the wall by her shoulders. "Marinette, please listen. I couldn't control myself. . ." He began. "So what?! It doesn't give you the right to do this!" She yelled and tried to escape but failed. "I love you, Marinette." He stated. She stopped. Time stopped. People stopped. The Earth stopped. The universe stopped. "I couldn't control it. . . Marinette I love you so much. I can't even describe the feeling I get when I'm around you! When ever a guy talks to you, I just get so. . . Jealous. I didn't want to accept it at first. . . But then I realized: You are meant for me." He said. "Please be mine. . ." He begged.

As he was caught off guard, Marinette ripped free from his grasp, slapped him and ran off. He just stood there but then fell to his knees. "I love her so much. . . Marinette. . . Please. . . Don't leave." He whispered as tears blurred his vision.

Marinette ran as fast as her legs could take her. She began crying on the way and tears began dripping down her face.

'I love you, Marinette.' He said.

'No you don't!' She yelled in her head.

She just kept on running, never looking back.

While Adrien simply stared at her run from him.
