RIDDLE VIII: CHERLAIN FOREST

"Are we there yet?"

"No."

"Are we there yet?"

"No."

"Are we there yet?"

"Shut up man! You've been asking that for God knows how many times already." Toby scolded Court Louise since he's been asking that since we set foot on this van.

"Hahahaha chill Toby, the atmosphere here is killing me. I'm just changing the mood man." He said while smiling.

"We'll get there soon so just relax, okay? You can sleep if you want, do what you want, just don't do anything stupid. That goes for you Court Louise."

"HAHAHAHA!" Court Louise suddenly frowned when we all laughed.

"Just drive Joaquin!" He exclaimed as we all laughed at him.

After that scene, silence filled up the van. Toby, Jamila, Zelo, Lyka are sleeping. Court Louise is listening to music maybe, he got his earphones plugged into his ears. Joaquin is driving, yeah he can drive. Hernhea and I are just watching the scenery outside.

"What a nice view." Hernhea said.

"Yeah." I added. Suddenly, I felt that my eyes are about to close. I'm sleepy, guess I'll sleep for a while.

"Wake up Kessler, we're almost there."

"Hmm." Hernhea woke me up. All of us are now awake. We're now entering the Cherlain Forest and it's getting dark already.

"Drive slowly J, it's getting a little foggy in here and I think it's raining, not sure though." Zelo's right.

"It's also getting creepy in here guys." Lyka said as she moved closer to Jamila.

"Someone's gonna get you, boo! Hahahahaha."

"Not funny CL." Lyka said as she rolled her eyes.

"What was that?" We all looked at Lyka when she suddenly talked.

"What?" Toby asked.

"I think I saw someone." She's sitting at the second row, near the car's window at the left.

"Seriously? It's probably the trees Lyka, okay? Don't scare yourself." Zelo added, Lyka did not answer back afterwards.

"Shit! What was that?"

"What is it CL?" I asked him this time.

"I saw someone in the sideview mirror, I'm sure of it." He said, he's sitting beside Joaquin.

"Now, now. That's not funny CL, okay? Let's not scare ourselv--

"AAAHHHH!"

"What the? Why'd you hit the break that hard Joaquin?" Toby asked him with an irritated voice.

"Guys, I think we're not alone."

"What do you mean J?" Jamila asked with her shaking voice.

"Let's go home guys, please. I wanna go home."

"Jamila, take care of Lyka." I said and she hugged Lyka. "What is it J? Tell us." He looked at me, he's all sweaty.

"I saw someone walked right in front of us while I'm driving and-- and-- also when I looked at the rear view mirror I saw-- I saw a group of shadows following us."
