Ring ring. I try to ignore my phone because I know it's him. So instead of staying in my room, I move myself down to the lounge for a break. Stupid. That's what I am. For calling him. For hanging up on him... For even trying to be the better person.

I need to get him out of my head. I need to forget those legs. That smirk he always wears, like he knows something I don't. I need to forget those eyes. Those dam eyes, that literally feel like they're staring into my soul. Those silver eyes....

Come on Evie! Get a grip! So instead of being distracted I call up Kat.... Maybe not the best idea. Picking up my home phone, I dial her number and wait for her to pick up. "Howdy partner", I hear her voice in the other side. "Hey Kat, can we go out or something?" I ask. "Why? What's wrong? Your not in trouble are you? Oh my god, don't tell me your in trouble. What did you do? Is my girl being bad?" She rambles on... "Kat! I'm not in trouble. I didn't do anything. I'm not being bad. Well maybe a little.... look I just need to get out so I can get someone out of me head. Ok?" "Ooohhh who is it? It's Sebastian isn't it?" I can see her eyebrows raising, and a devilish smile on her face. "Maybe. Look are you free or not?", I ask, as I feel my face flush. Your pathetic Evie... "Yea yea I'm free. Keep your knickers on. Wear something nice. I'll pick you up in an hour. Bye! Love You." "Love you too", and with that she hangs up. I head upstairs to change into something nice as Kat said.

Sebastian's POV

I stop my Black Mustang a block away from Satan's. I don't want anyone ruining my baby.

As I make my way to the warehouse that plays as a pub, a club, and a hangout not only for us fallen, but those vile nephilim as well. Half-breeds. That's what they are. Half human, half fallen. Things. That's the only way I can describe them. They don't belong. They're not human. They're not fallen. They must be wiped from existence. As soon as we deal with the angels, we will wage a war against the nephilim and we will wipe them from the face of the earth.

As I make my way past the threshold, I can see men all lined up on the ground before me. With a devilish smirk I say "Well, well, what have we here? I smell," Sniff sniff  "Nephilim. What do you think you bastards are doing here?" I say with a sneer. As I pace through the nephilim, I can't help but show my hate towards them. With all their faces downcast, not daring to stare at any of my men in the eye, except one, I make my way towards this very brave, and yet very stupid nephilim.

As I approach this boy, a smirk adorns his face, while watching me with green eyes. I stop just in front of him, making him strain his neck while looking up at me. "Stand up." I sneer. He just watches me with amusement, and a little bit of fear in his eyes. Despite my demand, he stays kneeling, still smiling up at me. "Did you not hear me boy? Stand up." I say with a frown on my face. "No. I don't take orders from you fallen." Did this nephilim just say no? To me? A smile creeps into my face. "This is going to be fun." I say, and when the words leave my mouth, I bring my fist back, and aim for his excruciatingly irritating face, mainly to wipe that smirk off. One hit from me and he's down on the ground with a bleeding nose and dazed eyes.

Personally, I don't like getting my hands dirty, but I will to make a point. So while the nephilim is laying on the floor, I put my hand out, waiting for one of my men to put a knife in it, and sure enough, my men get the idea. Jack, one of my closest allies, gives his knife to me with a wide grin on his face.

He's one of my favourites because he's brutal. He loves to draw pain out, especially on angels and nephilim. I guess you could say he's our torture expert. As I take his knife, Jack yanks the nephilim up to his knees and gets another of my men to tie his wrists together. I crouch down to the boys eye level, and with a malicious grin say, "We're gonna have some fun."

Unknown POV

As I watch her go into her closet, I can't help but feel sad. Sad for what this girl has gone through, and what she has to endure before all this is over.

If this will ever actually end, an annoying voice in the back of my head says. This little voice keeps reminding me that she may not be the girl we have all been waiting for. That she may not be the tipping point we need in this god forsaken war against those damned fallen.

They brought this upon themselves when they decided to undermine our authority, our sentence on all fallen. Not them, but him. One fallen started all of this. One fallen put all of this into action, bit I guess it was bound to happen one day.

For some reason, he believes that the girl is who the prophecy claimed to win this war. That she is the one.

As I watch her from my hiding spot in the tree closest to her balcony, I see her walk out of her closet in a black dress, that hugs her hourglass figure, and ends just above her knees. She has black heels that are tied all the way up to just above her ankles showing off her long, lean legs. She walks to her vanity, and decides to leave her golden hair cascading down her back while applying minimal makeup. She doesn't need it anyway.

I see her glance to her bed, to her phone, and get up to answer it. As she puts it to her ear, she sits down on her bed, and bursts out laughing at something that the person on the other side said. She has a beautiful smile I think.

She is gorgeous, no doubt about it. She has long legs that make her tower over most girls, and with an hourglass figure, she could seduce any male if she tried. With golden hair that reaches her round ass, bright blue eyes with gold specks, a full mouth, sharp nose, and a soft jaw, this girl is truly beautiful. I natural and rare beauty.

As I look at this girl, no women, I can't help but hate myself. My thoughts are forbidden and I am a fool to think that there may be a future with her. She is truly rare, not only because of her beauty, but because of her soul.

Her soul is kind, and nurturing and yet when troubling times attack her, she faces them head on, with stubbornness, intelligence and shows no mercy. God help the people who mess with either her or the people she loves.

As I watch her, I feel a smile make its way onto my face, but I quickly destroy it with the thought of my mission. I only have one purpose, and that is to get this girl to trust me, protect her from the fallen, make her fall for me, and then betray her.

Break her so we are able to mold her into the perfect weapon. I will do whatever it takes to win this war, and if I have to kill this girl from the inside, then so be it. We will win, and she will help us. Whether she knows or not.

A red mini pulls up into her driveway, and she picks up her black clutch, and makes her way out of the bedroom. With that, I jump from the tree and land on my feet. As I hear the front door open and close, and hear a car door open and close, I unfurl my wings. As the red mini pulls out of the driveway, I push myself up into the sky and continue my watch on Evangeline.
