Me and Soda sat on that couch, until midnight talking about the baby.

He was telling me all about pregnancy and what to do and what not to do.

Champ was in my lap making me feel even more relaxed.

At one point in our conversation I asked, "How do you know so much about pregnancy, Soda?"

He looked away, and I knew I had said something wrong.

I immediately apologized and said, "You know what it's ok, I shouldn't have asked that, I'm sorry."

He looked back at me and said, "No, it's ok, it's just that.....Sandy's pregnant."

I looked at him shocked. They were in the same boat we were.

I said, "Oh, well congrats." He hesitantly said, "....it's not mine."

My eyes widened a bit when he said that. I can't believe it.

The conniving little bish! I gave him a hug running little circles in his back.

I felt so sorry for him. He looked up at me with watery eyes and said, "She was my everything."

I said, "Soda, she wasn't worth your time. Sure, I mean she was really nice, but if she ever would make you cry she's definitely not worth it."

Soda didn't say anything he just looked away. I honestly felt sorry for him.

Champ looked up from my lap at Soda.
He got up and started whimpering.

He sat down in his lap to comfort him. Yep, that's my good boy.

I said, "He senses people's feelings and emotions." He petted Champ and smiled.

I hugged Soda again. This made me feel so sad. They were dating since forever!

And now she just decides to get pregnant and it not even be Sodas!

Soda looked up at Champ and said, "No body has ever made me smile these last couple of days, but you did."

Champ licked the side of his face. Soda said, "It's getting pretty late."

I said, "Yeah, it is." We both got up at the same time, but he held onto Champ.

When we got to the door, he turned to me. He looked me in the eyes and said,

"Thanks for everything. I mean I hate it when people pity me, but it was good."

I gave him one last hug, saying it was not problem and he was welcome.

As he handed me back Champ, he walked outside, got in his car, and left.

I looked at Champ and said, "Ok, Champ, its bedtime."

I carried him up the stairs, and we both went to my room.

I set him easily down on the floor and watched him as he played with his carrot:
