~jakes pov~

After they took Jason away a nurse showed me to the washroom.

I began to wash my arms and realized.

I am covered in my best friends blood.

The blood that he lost to his brother.

The brother who got him in this situation.

Jason is in life threatening surgery because of Alex.

I swear if I ever see him again he'll wish I didn't.

~Juliet's pov~

After they took Jason away.

Jake stumbled into the washroom staring at his arms covered in Jason's blood.

I'm not sure who he is but he seemed to care a lot.

When he came back out he plopped on the waiting room couch and stared at the wall with an emotionless expression on his face.

After a while I went and sat next to him.

"So what are you to Jason?" I asked

He looked at me

"Well you seem to care a lot so you have to be important to him." I stated

He sighed and turned to me.

"I'm his best friend, he's like a brother to me."

I was shocked

"Oh, well I'm-" I was cut off

"Juliet I know."

I looked at him confused

"Jason told me about you guys." He smirked

"Oh" I chuckled

"I just want you to know he really loves you." He sighed

I smiled

"Just know that just in case he doesn't you know." he stopped

Then started sobbing uncontrollably

I hugged him and he cried into my neck.

He cared about Jason so much.

This made me cry too.

We were crying together just hoping Jason's ok.
