Chap.21 Looking

~Jake's Pov~

I quickly grabbed my coat, my keys and sprinted out the door to my car.

'Is Jason ok?'

'Who knows what those fuckers did to him this time?'

'I need to help.'

I kept thinking to myself as I sped to Jason's house.

I arrived and ran to the door.

I knocked hard.

I tried again.

Again

Each time pounding harder.

I finally had enough.

I kicked the door in.

I ran upstairs to see jason unlocking the door frantically

He looked like he was going to jump on me before I reassured him it was me.

"Jason" I said

He looked straight at me and sighed in relief.

"Oh my god jake."

He said as we did our bro hug.

"Sorry you just got here but we got to go."

He said grabbing me we ran out to my car.

"Wha-"

I was cut off.

"Tell you on the way I need to drive."

He stated grabbing the keys looking worried

"Ok then" I chuckled

He got in the car and started speeding down the street.

~Jason's Pov~

I felt instantly relieved it was jake and not my alcoholic father.

I knew jake would help me.

We started driving to Juliet's house as I explained everything to jake.

"Woah" he managed to get out

As we pulled up to Juliet's house I was immediately worried.

Her front door was wide open.

I ran in

Jake followed

"Juliet!!"

"Juliet!!"

I screamed after a few try's I knew my worst fears were confirmed.

"Shit!!"

I screamed braking a glass.

"Woah man, what do we do now?"

He asked trying to calm me down.

"We start looking."

"And I know just where to look."

I said sprinting out of the house.
