Pippa was having the worst night of her life. She tried every position in the hospital chair. She'd downloaded atleast 15 new games, none of them distracted her for more then five minutes. All she did was sit and stare at a sleeping Lin, wondering why? Why didn't he tell her? Maybe he didn't know. She would ask him when he was awake, she was praying he would wake.
The next morning she stirred and felt a soft squeezing. "Pippa wake your cute ass up I want to hug you" she heard, immediately knowing the voice she shot up. "Lin!" She said happily, she hugged him tightly. "You worried me" she said slapping his shoulder. "I'm sorry, I didn't think the blow Adam took to my head was that bad" he said, she saw the guilt in his eyes.
"It's okay love, you didn't know this would happen" she said smoothing his hair. "What time is it?" She asks, he smiles. "4:30 in the morning" he says, her eyes widen in surprise. "Come lay with me" he says, she settles beside him carefully as if she was not he'd break like fine glass. "I love you" he said, she smiled and kissed his temple. "I love you too"...
