[Chapter 14]

Jungkook (POV) 

All three of us me, Yura, and Sumi were sitting in the living room trying to see if she can remember something from her life. After all morning until the noon it was no use, but I don't blame since she needs some time to remember still. 

Sumi: I'm sorry. I just don't remember anything. Nothing is coming up inside my head. 

At that she got up from the couch and walked away and out into the backyard. I glanced at Yura. 

Yura: We're giving her a hard time, aren't we? 

I kept quiet and let out a sigh. 

"Maybe we're making her trying to remember us too hard. Maybe we should let her rest for the rest of the day."

Yura: But we also need to find a quicker way for her to remember fast, because Yoojung is still out there finding a way to get Sumi on her side. 

I nodded as I got up and walked up to where Sumi is. I walked up to her and stood by her side as I heard her sigh out loud. 

"I'm sorry. We're sorry."

Sumi: For what? You two didn't do anything wrong to me. 

"We did. We were too hard on you to make you remember us. We should've went easy on you."

Sumi: It's okay. You two were just trying to help me. I just need some time off, you know. Need some fresh air. 

"I totally get that and you can rest throughout the whole day today. We won't pressure you anymore."

She smiled and kept on looking forward. There was silence until she asked me a question. 

Sumi: What are we, exactly? 

I looked at her. 

"What do you mean?"

Sumi: Are we like friends or something? Were we something before I lost my memories?

I smiled at her questions. 

"We were connected when we first saw each other. I'm going to be honest with you. When we first met, you didn't like me at all. You were being mean to me, 24/7."

Sumi: For real? I was that impolite? 

"Yep, you were but soon you came up on board and started treating me nicer. Later, you fell for me and we started dating. You are someone that I cherish in my life."

I turn fully towards her and took her hands in mine. 

"You are someone special to me. I will do anything for you to remember me once again."

She looked at me confusingly. 

Sumi: You loved me that much? So much to the point where -- 

"To the point where I would take a bullet for you."

Sumi (POV) 

It's been a few days already and I was slowly remembering, but not that much information that I've received from Jungkook and Yura. I was walking back home from the store until I stop by an abandoned house. I stare at that house, having a feeling that I've seen that house before, but don't know why. I ignored it and kept on walking back home. As I was walking, I bumped into someone. I quickly apologized and she quickly looked at me and she was shocked to see me.
