[Chapter 27]

Sumi (POV) 

It's been 3 days since Jungkook and I sent Yura and Jimin off to the airport. At first I didn't feel right, watching them walk away but maybe that was only my mind playing with me. I was walking down the stairs after done taking a shower until I heard someone in the kitchen. 

"Jungkook? Is that you?"

He didn't answer me so I decided to walk into the kitchen only see Jungkook on ground unconscious. I ran up to him and tried to wake him up. 

"Jungkook. Can you hear me?"

I shook him multiple times but he wouldn't wake up. I was too focused on Jungkook until suddenly everything went black.

I slowly open my eyes only to feel the back of my head in pain. I groan in pain as my vision begins to become clear. I saw someone struggling but I didn't know who. I was about to get up but before I could reach the other person, I was pulled back immediately. I turned around to only see my hand handcuffed to a wall. As I was struggling, I turned back around only to see that person more clearly. 

"Jungkook?"

Jungkook: Sumi. You're awake.

I looked around the room as I continue to struggle. I look towards Jungkook as he did the same. 

"Don't worry. I'll get us out of here. I won't let anything happen to you."

Jungkook: And I won't let anything happen to you. 

The both of us looked at one another as we continued to struggle. As we were struggling someone came into the room, laughing. 

???: You guys are pathetic. 

The voice sounded familiar and the both of us turned towards the voice only to see the person that we didn't expect to see. 

"Eunwoo? What are you doing?"

Eunwoo: Well of course I'm watching you guys struggle to get free. I'm quite enjoying it. 

I looked at him in disbelief. He looked towards me as well. 

"How could you? You are the only person that I trusted the most. The person that I grew up with.  The person that took care of me since I was a little child."

Eunwoo: I'm sorry Sumi, but this is not my choice to make. It was your dad's order. 

"My dad's order. I thought I killed him."

Eunwoo: You did. It was his order before you killed him. 

"Why work for him? Why be on his side?"

Eunwoo: Because your dad was also like my dad. He took care of me and my family. Of course I have to follow his orders. 

"So everything that we have been through. Everything we share together was all fake?"

Eunwoo: I'm sorry Sumi. I didn't want this to happen but it has to. 

I scoffed as he started walking closer to me.
