Kay's POV
When I woke up, Caleb was sitting next to my bed. He smiled at me and said, "Morning Sleeping Beauty." I blushed at the fact of him calling me a beauty. "How long have I been asleep?" I ask him. A look of worry crosses his face when he responds, "Two days." I start to get up and he puts his arm around me so I don't fall. We walk outside, him holding me up. "Wow," is all I can say. It's just amazing! "Welcome to Camp Half-Blood!" Caleb told me. I just couldn't get over it. I would explain, but I don't know where to start. It's just too cool!

"Kay, this is Percy Jackson and his wife, my half-sister, Annabeth." Percy had dark hair and green eyes, like me. Annabeth looked like a girl version of Caleb. They both seemed in their twenties and Annabeth was pregnant. "Nice to meet you," Percy told me. "Nice to meet you too," I responded. "Has she been claimed yet?" Percy asked Caleb. He responded, "Not yet. Maybe tonight at the campfire." "Where will she be staying?" Annabeth questioned. "I talked to Chiron and he was wondering if she doesn't get claimed right away, she would stay in your guest bedroom," Caleb informed her. Just then, a horn sounded, signaling dinner. "Come on. You can sit with me," Caleb said as he started walking to the pavilion that I had seen in the tour of the camp. Dinner was pretty uneventful. Caleb sat next to me and explained things a little more. He also had me sit with his cabin at the campfire. I was called up to the front and introduced to everyone. I started to head to my seat, when I heard a bunch of gasps. Everyone was staring at something above my head. I look up just before the symbol faded. I was claimed. From behind me I heard Chiron announce, "Alright, everyone head back to your cabins. And Kay, come with me." A bunch left, but there were some, Caleb being one of them, that just stood there in shock. Chiron and I walked over to where the cabins are and he led me over to one. He opened the door and before leaving, turned to me, saying, "Welcome to Cabin 3, daughter of Poseidon."
