Caleb's POV
Bob and Sally were sooooooo cute! And this is coming from a guy. I got to hold Bob while Kay held Sally, after the seven got to hold them. Except for Leo. He was afraid that if he held one he would accidentally catch himself on fire. Kay didn't bring up the kiss, but by the way she avoided eye contact with me, I could tell she was thinking about it. I just couldn't help myself. She looked just gorgeous with her hair pulled back into a quick bun and a blue dress. Don't ask me why she was in a dress after just waking up, I really don't understand girl fashion. Anyways, I can't believe that Percy and Annabeth named their daughter after Kay. Even though it's a middle name, it's still surprising, because he just met her the other day. When the dinner bell sounded, Kay and I started walking out together. "Well, today was an interesting day," Kay announces, breaking the silence between us. "Yeah," is all I can manage to say. "I got a kid named after me and my first kiss in just less than 24 hours," she continues. "Sorry about that," I say, avoiding her eyes. "Why are you sorry?" she asked. The question took me be surprise. I didn't know what to say. Could she like me back? No, that is way to much to hope for. She stops walking, so I stop and stand next to her. The way she is looking at me makes me nervous, but I look at her, right into those beautiful, green eyes of hers. "I don't know," I mumble. She just smiles at me and looks me right in the eye, gray against green. "I love you," I whisper, thinking she can't hear me. But by the expression on her face, it's clear she heard. She looks...hurt, like it pains her to hear those words. "You shouldn't," she says, turning away and running. Did she really just say that? How could I not love her? She's beautiful, smart (surprisingly), stubborn and has a heart the size of Alaska. I start walking towards the pavilion and take my spot as the head of the Athena cabin (I took over after Annabeth moved in with Percy). I see Kay sitting alone at her table, absentmindedly twirling her fork. She glances over at me and I look away, kicking myself for getting caught starring. Luckily no one at my table notices, they are all too busy talking about the design for one of the new houses. Dinner ends and everyone gets up talking excitedly about tonight. It takes me a few seconds to realize that tonight is capture the flag. I ask my sister, Alexis, who is on which team. "On Ares side are Aphrodite, Zeus, Hermes, Demeter and Dionysus. On our side are Hephaestus, Poseidon, Hades, Hecate and Nemesis," she says, clearly excited. She starts going over the battle plan, but pretty soon she stops as her boyfriend Chris, a son of Hephaestus, comes over. I hurry back to my cabin to get my armor on, but stop at the door, surprised. Kay is sitting at our work table, looking at some blueprints. I start to walk away, but she notices me. "Sorry. I was just coming to find you," she states, standing up. "How come?" I question, starting to get worried. Apparently it showed on my face, because she laughs and says, "It's not a bad thing. I just wanted to give you this." She holds out a pair of glasses. "I don't need glasses," I tell her, getting very confused. She laughs again and hands them to me. "Put them on. Just trust me. Okay?" "Okay," I respond as I carefully slide them on and to my surprise, nothing happens. "Tap the side right here three times quickly," she instructs, showing me where. I don't feel any different when I do, but when I look down at my hands, they aren't there. I was invisible. Kay tapped in the same spot as me, but I didn't see any glasses on her face. "The glasses turn invisible when you put them on," she explains to me as we head out to our team's meeting spot. We were supposed to be guarding the flag, but it had enough protection, so we snuck away. As we traveled through the darkness together, I heard Kay whisper, "Let the games begin."

Well, that took awhile to write. I thought it would be a good way to change POVs, but I wanted to try and do a longer chapter for Caleb. I have spent lots of time on this, so I hope you all like it. I also wanted to say that this book is dedicated to the characters that are based on friends of mine, and it is dedicated especially to the girl who introduced me to Wattpad in the first place, my crazy friend, Kaitlyn. Hope this means as much to you as it does to me. -HTK
