One shot - Roxy Lalonde

I fluttered my eyes open only to be greeted with a bright light. I squinted my eyes to adjust my vision.

Groaning, I lifted my head from my table scanning through my room. 'It's morning' I thought to myself. I focused my sight into my table that had a disgusting mark of drool on it in front of my laptop

I quickly yank a piece of tissue from my baby pink tissue box which was next to Jasper and a really sexy Wizard making another piece stick out of it.

I went back to my desk and started to wipe off the drool. I was quite focus on what I was doing until a light snore came out of the laptop. Even though the screen was black it was clear that it was still on.

I moved my pink mouse on the mouse pad which quickly turned it back onto Skype, a familiar spiky haired blonde was laying his head against the table with some incomplete robot pieces. He looked so peaceful, I didn't bother trying to wake the young strider up. It's like you could just watch him sleep everyday, it may sound a little creepy but he was just so perfect.

Shit Im daydreaming again

"Sorry, what would you like to order sir?" I asked not looking up from the cash register. "Golly Roxy I didn't know you worked at Sburb Cafe" the emerald eyes boy said with a thick british accent. "Hey Jakey, what can I do for ya today?" I tied up my long blonde hair letting some of my bangs to fall on my face

"Two of the usual rox" he gave me a toothy smile before waiting for me to finish.

I placed down the two cups of coffee on the counter top and awaited for him to pay. Soon after he gave me his infamous 'double pistol and a wink' and took the cups of coffee and disappeared into the line of people

I happily took off my apron and placed a sign saying 'counter closed' on the counter top and placed my apron neatly near it. I wore my jacket and my scarf and announced the other employes I was going on my lunch break.

I opened the door making the little bell on top of it ring and a gush of cold wind to hit my face reminding me it's almost winter. I promised Janey I would stop by her bakery to try her new banana cake muffins while I was still on my break.

I walked pass some shops and a few strangers that were walking on the sidewalk. I reached Jane's bakery a couple of minutes later since it wasn't really that far.

"It was delicious Janey" "oh ho ho ho thank you Roxy" "*beep beep*" "is it time already? Time does fly by when your having fun, well back to the kitchen I guess" I gave her a warm hug and said my goodbyes and left the bakery

I pressed the button and waited for the red man to go green. I leaned against the pole and stared at sburb cafe which was just across the street. Looking through the glass windows showing couples having coffee together.

What caught my eye made my heart sink to the pits of my stomach and made my knees go weak was a couple, no, not any ordinary couple but Dirk, not with a girl, that would've been too cliche to happen, but Jake. Dirk Strider was having a lip lock with Jake English.

I covered my mouth with my hand. I could feel a warm substance streaming down my face continuously. I left before they could have seen me.
