Once Dally had left I ran to the phone on the counter and dialed Ashton's phone. It took a few rings for him to pick up. When he did finally I scrambled to speak, "Ashton I don't know where you are, but you need to hide. Dally has a vengeance and he's looking for you. Please, I don't know what he'll do to you."

Ashton immediately hung up the phone. I fell to the floor and put my hands together. I prayed that he would get somewhere where Dally won't find him. I ran upstairs and pulled a large bag out from under my bed. I started shoving clothing into the bag and packed my items into it also. I grabbed a slightly smaller bag and did the same to Anne's things. Then the front door opened. My heart dropped, I knew that Dally wouldn't be happy.

Anne let out a blood curdling scream, and my instincts kicked in. I raced own the stairs to see her curled in a corner. When Dally turned around I saw his hands and arms covered in blood, his shirt had blood splatters on it,  and even more blood was dripping from under his eyes. I gasped and backed myself against a wall. He put his hands up and tried to walk towards me.

"Babe I can explain. I was only trying to protect you and Anne. I want you to know that he's gone, you don't have to worry about him anymore. He won't interrupt our lives ever again."

He tried to hug me but I pushed him away before he could. I looked at him disgusted. My head was spinning as I tried to comprehend what he was saying.
