THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW:

Percy woke up with a groan, while stretching his body on the bed. He yawned and shielded his eyes from the harsh sunlight that was pouring from his open window. He scratched his disheveled hair and rolled out of bed while yawning

"Time to start the day" He muttered while sleepily walking towards the bathroom, holding a towel in his hand

Opening the shower on, he sighed with relief when the water came pouring down, his muscles relaxed and he hummed while shampooing his hair

A few minutes of rinsing, he came out of the bathroom, steam following him as he goes. Wrapping himself in a towel, he padded towards his closet and chose his outfit of the day.

Stopping in front of the mirror, he brushes his messy dark locks a few times before shrugging when it seems like it was not working.

"Perce? You up?" A knock outside the door, followed by another when Percy didn't answer

"Yeah!!" He answered while hastily grabbing his cloak and opening the door to reveal a freshly showered Luke

Percy shrugged on his cloak while walking down the stairs "What's the schedule for today?"

"Preparation for the memorial, then a meeting with the Olympians. Other than that, nothing. You are free for the rest of the day" Luke informed while trudging beside Percy

Percy nodded his head and grabbed an apple before flicking his hood up "Well then, why don't we start the day by greeting the campers!!"

Opening the door, Percy jogged out while munching on the apple as he goes. From the corner of his eyes, he could see someone speeding towards him and had not been able to act faster.

Perseus released a slight oomph when the body made contact with his own. Flinging his hands outward, he catches the body of the little girl who looks like a daughter of Poseidon, before her body could meet the unforgivable ground

"You alright, little one?" He asked while letting the girl go

The little girl looked at him with fear before ducking her head while mumbling a sorry. Percy frowned when he saw the girl trembling with fear before him.

Perseus sighed and tilted the girl's head up "There is no need to fear me, little one. I pose no harm, see?" He stated while spreading out his arm wildly making the little girl smile slightly

He crouched down beside her and patted her head "Are you alright?" He asked again while looking at her through the hood

The little girl slowly relaxed and slowly nodded her head at him. Percy smiled and patted her head gently "May I know the name of the lovely lady who managed to lighten my morning by just bumping into me?"

The little girl blushed and giggled "Elise"

Percy smiled and stood up from his crouching position and held out his hand towards the little girl "Well then, may I escort the princess towards her destination?"

Elise giggled again and grabbed his hand, only to laugh out loud when Percy swooped down to carry her in his arms "Well, where are we going?"

Elise was laughing while gripping the hand of Perseus. And Percy couldn't help but smile at the little girl in his arms, if he had not died, he would have been able to care for his little siblings like a real big brother.

"The Dining Pavilion" Elise answered while grinning at the man who was holding her

Unbeknownst to them, all the half-bloods had stopped to watch their interaction with fascination in their eyes. The little girl looked so small and fragile compared to the large of man who was holding her, like one wrong move and the girl would be snap into pieces. And yet, if you look at them a bit closer and longer, it would look like a Father holding his daughter. It was a nice scene to see first thing in the morning
