Author's Note:
If there is one word that could sum up how the Ybramihans/Kyrus have been, ever since I first started writing "You", it would have to be: supportive.
You guys have been so amazing in this fic, constantly posting comments that get me all hyped up to write almost every single night.
You just don't know how much your physical and emotional involvement mean to me, and while I'm currently in the process of thinking of better storylines for our dear Kylie and Ruru, I hope that you guys will be continue to support me up until the very end.
Lots of love,
Annette

After spending almost a week at the Madrid residence, Ruru decided to take Kylie back to his condo.
This time, the former felt more assured that things were okay, that it was safer to bring Kylie with him, most especially when Rocco and Sanya, the only Enca cast members who knew about their whereabouts, promised to keep their mouths shut no matter what.
"Ru, sigurado ka bang magiging okay na kayo dun? Pwede naman kayong mag-stay dito ng mas matagal. At least may magbabantay kay Kylie." Mrs. Madrid said, as she, her husband Bong, Ruru and Kylie stood by the gate of their house.
"Nako, okay lang talaga, tita. Ayokong maging pabigat dito. Well, figuratively and literally." Kylie smiled shyly.
"Kylie, ano ka ba. Parte ka na ng pamilyang 'to." Mr. Madrid said. "Basta mahal ni Ruru, mahal din namin. Pwera nalang kay-"
"Pa..." Ruru looked at his dad, and laughed awkwardly.
"Joke lang, eto naman."
"Pero anak, wag kang mahiyang tumawag sa amin ng Tito Bong mo kung may kailangan ka ha." Mrs. Madrid told Kylie. "Basta wag mong kakalimutan na uminom ng gatas para lumakas ka, pati na rin ang baby. At saka, may pinadala akong vitamins kay Ruru. 'Yan ang ininom ko nung pinagbubuntis ko silang magkakapatid, kaya sigurado akong effective 'yan. Basta 1 tablet a day, preferably sa umaga, bago ka mag-almusal."
Kylie's heart was full, there was no denying that. She was getting so much love and concern from Ruru's family that she couldn't help but tear up.
Their kindness was something that had been totally unexpected, considering that the baby she was carrying was not their son's. But the fact that Ruru loved her made his family love her just as much, and she couldn't help but ask what on earth could she have done to deserve something like this?
"Tita, pwede ko ba kayong mayakap?" Kylie asked as tears rolled down her face.
"Siyempre naman, anak." Mrs. Madrid responded, and then they embraced.
Ruru had to look away when he felt that his eyes were starting to sting for these kind of moments made him want to cry, but he couldn't or rather, he chose not to, because he had to be strong for Kylie and for the baby.
If Aljur couldn't take on the responsibility of being a good husband-to-be and a good father, Ruru was willing to take on the challenge. No matter how difficult it may be.
"O sige na, nag-iiyakan na kayo eh." Mr. Madrid teased as he wiped a stray tear that had flowed out of his eye, causing the four of them to laugh.
"Sige na, mga anak. Mag-ingat kayo sa biyahe ha." Mrs. Madrid said, as soon as she and Kylie had broken off the hug. "Ru, text mo ko pagdating niyo sa condo mo ha."
"Okay, ma, pa. I love you po."
"Mahal ka rin namin, anak. Kayong dalawa ni Kylie."

As soon as Ruru and Kylie had arrived at the former's condo, Kylie had felt a little dizzy from the drive. Her pregnancy was making her a lot more sensitive to sounds, different kinds of smell, as well as made her frequently dizzy during the most random times of the day, but there was nothing to worry about, since this was all normal for pregnant women.
"Ky, sigurado ka bang okay ka lang? Pumunta nalang kaya tayo sa doktor?" Ruru suggested as he put down the bags they had used on the floor of his bedroom.
"Ru, I'm okay. Really. Wag kang mag-alala." Kylie smiled as she sat down on the edge of his bed. "Tumabi ka nalang kaya sa 'kin, baka sakaling mawala na yung pagiging mahiluhin ." She teased, patting the empty spot next to her.
Ruru let out his bedimpled smile, the one that charmed so many girls, as he sat beside her on the bed.
"Ikaw talaga. Marunong ka ng mambola ngayon ha." He said, as he placed his arm around Kylie.
"Hindi naman ako nambobola. I'm telling the truth. Ikaw lang ang kailangan ko para maging okay na ko." Kylie responded as she laid her head on his shoulder and wrapped her arms around his waist.
As silence fell upon them, Kylie couldn't help but close her eyes as she took herself back to the early days with Ruru. The early days when their friendship turned into flirting, when the flirting was bordering into something more than friends, but abruptly ended because of two fears; destroying a friendship and being judged by people who didn't know of their story.
Back in the days when they were just acquaintances, Kylie had already found him attractive. But she always thought that he looked so young, that he looked better with girls his age, but when he started bulking up for his role in Encantadia, there was no denying that Kylie started looking at him as a man, and not a boy.
Kylie and Ruru have indeed come a long way from being just two celebrities that happened to be in the same network, two co-stars that had roles in the same television show, and two friends that hoped that they would end up to be something more.
Kylie was thankful for Ruru, and Ruru was thankful for Kylie. There was no denying that.
"Alam mo, Ky, minsan, napapa-isip ako. Ano kaya ang nangyari kung hindi tayo nagpadala sa takot natin noon no? Ano kaya ang nangyari kung naging tayo?" Ruru said.
"Well, sigurado akong nasa Encantadia pa rin ako ngayon at hindi buntis." Kylie joked. "But kidding aside, sa tingin ko, if we just listened to our hearts back then, hindi magiging ganito ka kumplikado ang sitwasyon natin ngayon."
"I know I'm the one to blame for all of this. I was too scared, too hesitant, dahil mas inisip ko ang ibang tao, kaysa sa kung anung nararamdaman ko para sa'yo." Kylie admitted. "I was selfless, yes, but I ended up sacrificing what truly made me happy, and that was you." She added, looking into Ruru's warm, brown eyes.
"So I'm sorry, Ru. I'm sorry for breaking your heart back then by choosing Aljur. Sorry kung pinaasa kita at iniwan si ere lalong lalo na nung nabuntis ako." Kylie said, as she caressed his face.
"You know, you can always choose to love someone who's completely free. I mean, the kind of woman who can go on trips with you, without having to think about a kid that she has to leave behind." She added. "You deserve the kind of love that makes you feel youthful. Not this."
"Pero ikaw ang gusto ko. I choose to love you, Kylie kahit masakit, kahit mahirap, dahil alam ko na sa huli, magiging worth it din ang lahat ng 'to." Ruru said. "Minsan na kitang pinakawalan at pinapangako ko sa'yo, hinding hindi na yun mangyayaring ulit."
"I love you, Kylie." Ruru said, as he gently held unto the side of her face.
"I love you too." Kylie replied.
Ruru leaned in for a kiss, a short, but sweet one... one that was enough to assure Kylie that this time, listening to her heart was the right choice.
The right choice indeed.
