Sorry I took so long with this one too. Exams are killing me.

I also came out to my friends today. They took it well and were really accepting, thankfully. I feel like a huge weight got lifted off my chest. I'm happier than ever.

Enough me now.

---|-/---

It was 11:45pm. Everyone had gone to bed but Tyler. He wanted to meet up with Josh at midnight in the treehouse like that note he found inside his backpack said. He was trying to come up with what could be so important that he has to get up in the middle of the night to find out. Knowing Josh for years, Tyler knew he wouldn't make these kinds of jokes.

Tyler couldn't go down the stairs because they're very creaky and it would wake up his parents. So as he has done many times before, he got on the roof from the window of his bedroom. Before doing so, he got a flashlight from his closet because it was very dark out even with all of the stars and full moon lighting the night sky. He crawled outside the window arms first, then his legs.

"You should really try to be quieter, you'll be caught someday." Zack told Tyler as he started to stand up. Zack was inside his room sitting by his desk.

"Zack, what the hell." Tyler said angrily for scaring him, letting out a sigh of relief as his heart had started to beat faster. Tyler thought it was his parents. There would've been extreme consequences if he was caught by either of them.

Zack had his lights on in his room and had his window open even though the air blowing was cold. It was as if Zack was expecting Tyler, but Tyler sneaking out tonight was just a coincidence. As Tyler could see, Zack had his homework out on top of his desk. He was probably just working on something.

"The least you could do is tip-toe." Zack gave Tyler advice. "Believe it or not, I hear you."

"I've been doing this for months and you're just now telling me this?" He wondered if Zack has watched him jump off almost every week without questioning anything. Tyler thought this was very creepy of him.

"I'm not a very heavy sleeper like the rest." Zack admitted, referring to the rest of their family. "Which is why I was working on homework to bore myself to sleep." he added.

"Nice." Tyler said sarcastically. "Well, just pretend you didn't see anything like you've been doing the last few months." Tyler told him as he carefully walked to the end of the roof to jump off.

"Yeah, wouldn't want to ruin that relationship." Zack sassed, then turned around to keep working on whatever he was doing.

"What did you just say?" Tyler turned around to listen to what he had to say, at first not wanting to believe it. Did he know? How could he possibly know?

"Just know that I still love and support you." Zack told him before closing the window and the curtains, not giving Tyler the chance to respond. This creeped Tyler out, and left him confused. Why are people always so creepy in the middle of the night?

This made Tyler question everything about Zack. Did he know he kissed Josh? How would he know this? Did he follow him? It made him feel scared. Well, at least he 'still loves and supports him'. But Tyler still suddenly felt like people were watching him and gave him an uneasy feeling.

Deciding that he was going to speak to Zack tomorrow morning about what he knows, Tyler jumped off the roof like he's done multiple times before to walk to the treehouse. He turned on his flashlight away from the house to not wake anyone up from the brightness of the flashlight light.
